Such a hidden gem! Walk through the door and step back into a vintage oasis with all the modern amenities. Rooms were clean and the pool area offered a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious and staff was superb!
Everything was great
Nothing to dislike
We had excellent customer service at this hotel. We needed to move in the middle of the night and Janell was on duty to help us document and move from one Hyatt property that had an issue- so Janell was able to make the 2am transfer smoothly. We got all the wonderful perks that Globalists get. The hotel was sold out due to the World Cup but Janell’s positive attitude and care made up for any cares about room upgrades etc. Sold out is Sold out. This property is a hidden Jewel. Heated pool, hot tub and ambiance that is a throw back to a summer palms spring vibe yet situated in the heart of Cupertino, close access to everything. If you are looking for a special occasion or a weekend at a pool I highly recommend Wild Palms in Sunnyvale. Lots of bang for your buck! I will definitely be looking to book here again in the summer!
This is a remodeled motel, which looks like it was originally built in the 1970s. They did a nice job on rooms, but a few things are lacking, such as a light switch reachable from the door when you enter, and hot water at the sink.
The service at check-in was sub-par. Housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the corridor in the afternoon.
On the plus side, the rate was affordable, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable.
Overall was good, staff was really nice.
The shower/ bath tube could be better. The bathtube handle was kinda jammed.

Breakfast was lacking variety. Not many healthy options.

ביקשתי השכמה בכדי להספיק להגיע לטיסה. נאמר לי שיעירו אותי בשעה מסויימת. לא קרה.
It was decent and cheap.
I have a heart condition and was told at check in there was no elevator. They originally tried giving us a king bed instead of two double beds. I literally had to walk all the way back after checking in to get it fixed. Or new room had scattered ants in the bathroom! They were coming in from the bathroom tub. Never again will I stay here!

I had a great stay at the Wild Palms in Sunnyvale. It was a lovely experience, very hospitality. Since I was traveling solo, I felt very welcomed and safe.
Great location, Good breakfast, clean pool and jacuzzi.
Large gap around main door in room where I could almost fit my phone under. Large gap caused light to come in at night and noise as well. When brought up to front desk they mentioned all the rooms were that way and that there was nothing they could do about it. The gap made the stay uncomfortable as I had to put a pillow to cover the gap in order to block the light, noise, and possibly insects. A towel in bathroom also had black specs of some sort.
