Don’t like nothing!
Very dirty carpet on the room… too much noise in the morning ! This hotel needs many renovation !!!
Great standard breakfast. Staff is friendly. The alcohol drinks are fairly priced. I recommend for the affordability and amenities.
The rooms need some maintenance . Phone didn’t work. Some gaps between wall and carpets. Carpet needs shampooing .

They charge for pool towels and they didn't tell me until I checked out.
I love the hotel and the pool, but the staff at the breakfast are incredibly lousy. Either fire them or train them properly. Each time I go there, all the trays are empty, there wasn’t even forks. I went there 3 times at different times in the morning and it’s always the same story. I left without being able to get any food. It’s completely innacceptable! I’ve never experience this at any hotel.
Really disappointed in my June stay. The pillows are HORRIBLE and when I enquired at front desk to have down/feather pillows, I was told that was not possible. As to the kitchen, waste of space inasmuch as there was not a lick of silverware/plates/bottle opener. Absolutely nothing. Again, I enquired at front desk thinking maybe the suite I was in just got overlooked as to supplying these items, but was told nope - none of the suites had anything at all in the kitchen. B'fast was what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn-type establshment or some such, but the fact the only cream for coffee was that fake stuff was seriously disappointing. Fortunately the 2% milk for cereal sufficed. Also, realizing I am old school, but what the heck? No pen/notepad in room. Arghhh. And last, the toiletries stink to high heaven and for someone sensitive to odors, I was unable to use any of them, inluding the bar soap. The upside? Pool and hot tub are sublime.
I have been staying at Wild Palms for 10 + years. I am really saddened that it seems this establishment has fallen off Hyatt's radar as far as customer service and amenities. Very sadly, I will be looking elsewhere for accomodations in the Silicon Valley when I next travel.
Such a hidden gem! Walk through the door and step back into a vintage oasis with all the modern amenities. Rooms were clean and the pool area offered a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious and staff was superb!
