Cons:

I was looking forward to the spa and pool and only after arriving, then I was told it’s out of service. I later found out it’s been out of service for months. Then I went to get hot water for my tea there was none. I took the canister to the desk. The person told me he had to sanitize the container, so I asked where can I get hot water? He said for me to go to the gym. I did , very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager upon check out. She didn’t seem concerned. I’ll have to reach out to Hyatt directly

Basic hotel close to (but not in) downtown Sunnyvale
Pros:

On the main road around 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Sunnyvale. Check in and check out processes were smooth. Nice lounge area in the reception. Good to have the free tea, coffee and juice in the morning and chilled water fountain.

Cons:

Pool was unavailable for use throughout the duration of my stay. I was told we could use the pool of the hotel next door. However, apparently that didn't extend to the day I checked out (which is strange as many other hotels still allow use of their facilities on the day you check out). Reception also made a big deal out of me asking to store my luggage on the day of my check out (claiming that space in their office was limited and it would be a fire hazard, requiring me to basically ask again and plead before they would re-take my luggage). Room was fine although pin code for the safe was not clearly visible so I couldn't use the safe and for some reason, I was only given half of a full toilet paper roll on the first day (although this was rectified by room service the following day).

Good option, but not necessarily worth the money.
Pros:

Location is good for business around Mountain View. The room I got was in the back of the hotel - very quite and far from the street. The swimmingpool area is nice in the morning.

Cons:

The corridor was wierdly smelling and the breakfast had to be consumed or in the room or in the few chairs available. Not very convenient.

Good space. Very loud air-con. Bad sleep quality.
Pros:

The size of the room is decent.

Cons:

Air con is very loud, like when you in construction site kind of loud. I never experience sleep problem before and very tolerable to noise/ light. At this place, i have to take med to help me sleep.

Pros:

I loved the atmosphere. The man at the front was very nice and accommodating. The room was amazing looking over the pool and it was close to the parking lot which was easy enough to load and unload. The bed was pristine and too comfortable to ever forget. All in all great.

Cons:

Nothing really trends out.

Muito honesta a estadia, vale o custo beneficio.

location was convenient

Cons:

strong smell of air fresheners trying to mask old odors like smoke and musty smells. carpet was old and worn and not vacuumed well. there were hairs on my bedding and towels, the room had a lounge chair in the picture online as well as described as having a seating area but there was none. the desk chair was very worn with faux leather pieces missing. the charger side table had such little power it barely charged my phone completely overnight, and plugging it in for an hour or 2 gave me like 10%. the bathroom showerhead was not a rain shower, it was a very old showerhead with low pressure and the water kept going cold despite turning it up almost completely. the bathroom light kept turning on and off and the fan was so loud. the ac worked fine but the room smelled when air wasnt moving, so i tried turning the fan on and the smell was so sour I ended up turning off the unit completely and leaving the window open for my whole stay.
