The roaches and staff that didn’t seem to care

The smell in the hallways was very bad and in the lobby. The floors were dirty but I'm guessing i got what I paid for.
There was no carpet in the room
The bathroom, especially the tub needs to be redone. We wore shower shoes because it didn’t appear to be clean
Clean room, bed and sheets clean, nice fridge and microwave, clean floor and bathroom. Seriously cold A/C. Most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Security guard saved my escaped dog after he opened the door! Amazing! Manager handled my extra day booking snafu that I created! Awesome! Thanks guys, I'll won't go anywhere else!

I liked the towels and blankets , they were very white
The floor and carpets were wet and smelled bad. The mattress was worn out, it was not comfortable to sleep
The location was great , next to the highway made it convenient and easy to locate
The fact that there were people who seemed to live there part time with their dogs made the hall way smell
I only grabbed coffee on the way to work.

I liked that it was close to the shopping mall
Upon my arrival I checked in and took the elevator upstairs. I was met with the smell of marijuana and wet carpet throughout the hallways. I decided once I was settled in to take a shower. However the bathroom was not as clean as I hoped to top it off. The shower dream was completely clogged.
The worst part of my stay probably had to be the loud noises at three a m coming from the room next to me. Loud screaming constant smoke smells and yelling.

Honestly didn’t like the property. We had been there 5 years ago, which is why we came back. We were disappointed this time.
Property is older and outdated. The room we had was not clean, had issues with the toilet and the floors hadn’t been swept in a while, there was dust and filth on the office desk.
Only thing I like was the bed I got me some rest
Every time I took a shower the water leaks through the wall and got all in the carpet the TV wasn't working and the pool wasn't clean
