Please note that the rooftop pool is open from June until September. This is subject to weather conditions.

The pool is free of charge for a maximum of 2 hours per day.

The access is subject to availability of places, in order to allow as many guests as possible to use it.

Overall a decent hotel with restaurants close by. Walking distance to downtown sites in Naples.

View was great off our balcony.

Cons:

We got to the hotel early so our room was not ready. After several hours I talked with the man at the front desk with the beard and he was very rough sounding to me (female). I felt like he was deliberately holding our room hostage It really put a damper on my stay and a bad feeling on Naples as a whole. The hotel should inform their guests on their website that there is major roadwork right in front of the hotel. It’s a major project blocking off certain areas in preparation for the Americas Cup in 2027.
The breakfast was lovely each morning. Room attendants very nice.

Cons:

Confusing to understand which restaurants, bars are open when . The lobby as it is is not a nice place to meet people or have a coffee and work. Zero service
Also I requested in advance a room on the pontoon floor and never received a response. So on arrival I did not get one.

Great location, real bonus getting in to room earlier and staff fantastic

Buffet et salle pour le petit déjeuner très agréable

Cons:

La salle de bain, quoiqu'un peu refaite, date quand même des années '60, et ça commence à se voir !
Dommage qu'il y ait d'importants travaux devant l'hôtel, l'accès est plus compliqué

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en una de las zonas más lindas de la ciudad, la habitación era amplia y la vista muy bonita.

Cons:

Creo que necesita urgente una remodelación, si bien está muy cuidado el hotel está desgastado en general. El desayuno decepcionante con café de filtro frío y comida básica .
La habitación sin detalles , vasos de papel, toallas viejas.
El personal muy poco amable
Realmente creo que no justifica las estrellas
