Pros:

Sobre todo la ubicación: a 5 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marcos , aunque también dificulta algo la llegada con las maletas.
El personal es muy amable.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

There is nothing not to like at this hotel, we go to Venice most years and will definitely be staying here every time now. Location, staff, food, room - all amazing. It was our anniversary whilst we were there and the chef made us a cake, very thoughtful, above and beyond our expectations

Cons:

No complaints at all

Pros:

Staff service was amazing. On time always and useful. The rooms were great I personally took the family connecting room. It's literally in the centre of Venice, easy to come back and in.

Cons:

I wish they can provide us with boat shuttles from station and airport for departure.
