Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben.

Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass wir unser Gepäck sowohl bei der Ankunft vor dem Check-in als auch nach dem Auschecken problemlos im Hotel abstellen konnten. Das war für unsere Reiseplanung sehr hilfreich und komfortabel.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und insgesamt herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr nettes Personal, das unser Zimmer geändert hat ohne grosse Umstände von einem Doppel-, in ein Zweibettzimmer

Cons:

Es wäre von Vorteil beim einchecken zu erwähnen dass die Zimmer nur alle vier Tage geputzt werden. Was wir okay haben aber nicht wussten. Und kurz ins Zimmer schauen ob es Klopapier oder sonstiges benötigt könnte man auch ohne putzen

Pros:

Close to train station & easy to get around from there. Good breakfast.
Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Room not cleaned once & we were there 5 days. Had to help ourselves to clean towels from cleaners trolley. Even though we had been travelling for 28 hours, staff wouldn't allow us early check in even if we paid.

Great location, good value for money, great breakfast and quiet.
Pros:

Location was great as near main sites. Very quiet. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have left water out in the room, plus glasses for brushing teeth in bathroom.
