Lovely hotel in good location
Pros:

Breakfasts amazing and you could book them even if you were room only

Very big room and bathroom, both good for accessibility, and on first floor near lifts

Staff v helpful and professional. My husband was able to hire a mobility scooter with receptionist and we were able to have it in our room or parked near reception to charge up.

It felt like a 5-star hotel. It was good vslue for money.

Cons:

Nothing

Only hint re accessibility. In the shower: it might be a good idea to have a grab rail above the existing one as some people with mobility issues are not taking showers sitting down and need to hold a bar at shoulder height or above to keep their balance. Also in the UK most wheelchair friendly bathrooms do have a shower seat so that guests can transfer from wheelchair to seat. {You may have that in other rooms}. Perhaps you need to investigate what uogrades you need to make.

Pros:

Gostámos bastante da simpatia e amabilidade dos funcionários, da limpeza, da tranquilidade do hotel. Não se ouvia barulhos vindos do exterior ou corredor. Tinham à disposição vários produtos de higiene. A cama era confortável e no geral é um hotel com ótimas condições. Adorámos a terraza e o rooftop tranquilo.

Cons:

Consideramos que a temperatura da piscina podia estar um pouco mais quente. Mas foi ótimo na mesma.

En dehors du jeune homme qui m a accueillie, j ai trouvé que les personnes de l accueil manquaient d attention et d interet.
