Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. No hot water was a major issue. We couldn’t take a shower was absolutely unacceptable to stay somewhere and your not able to shower was the worst experience for me.

AC was not working in the room they have checked us in and in the room they have transferred after complaining. Whole night we didn’t sleep and our plans got spoiled entirely. Next day when we demanded to refund the money we have paid in advance for the other night as we don’t want to stay for the second night fearing we will be sleepless for another night. They have refused and forced us to stay by saying this time we will give a room with working AC. Next day we were driving around and visiting the town with sleepless and heavy eyes. Second night they gave us a better room. I don’t know why they are accepting the booking when there is no rooms available with working AC.
The room was very clean, although the smell of Febreeze was a bit overpowering.
Although clean, the place was poorly maintained. The lights above the beds didn't work, dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed, causing me to bang into them in the middle of the night, and there was no hot water in the shower. Additionally, it was noisy with people in other rooms standing outside on the balcony while talking loudly on their phones. When I politely asked a man in the neighboring room if he could move further away from my door, he said "no" and turned his back to me. The area around my room also smelled strongly of cannabis (the inside was a mix of week and Febreeze). And while they advertise that breakfast is included, you should know that "breakfast" consists of a coffee machine, a basket of granola bars and packets of instant oats. The entire experience was disappointing, to say the least.

Good amount of room for one bedroom suite with nice living room area. Great location with so many food options and right across the street from the Galleria
We stayed two nights, didn’t have any hot water so no one could shower which was not ideal. I’ve also never stayed at an extended stay that offered a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook with, also not ideal. The “sofa” reminded me of a cheap outdoor patio sofa and comes apart at every side with the smallest movement. They need to be taken out and replaced. The beds are awful, horrible sleep and horrible back pain when you wake up.

Perfect location! You can walk to the Galleria in a couple of blocks. I liked the covered parking spots and the outdoor pool.
The room was decently clean but still smelled like someone vaped in there. The bathroom door couldn't open all the way and the water in the shower was cold.
