Das nach der Reinigung gefragt wird und nicht mehr täglich gereinigt wird, das es beim Frühstück keine abwechslung gibt, immer der selbe Aufschnitt Tage lang.

Tolle Lage, gute Leistung für den Preis.
Pros:

Super Lage direkt beim Bhf Altona - von der hat man ÖV in alle Ecken der Stadt.
Das Zimmer ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Das Front Desk ist praktisch nicht besetzt (Check-In erfolgt über Automaten), das führt dazu, dass man als Hotelgast immer irgendwie die Aufmerksamkeit der Person im Büro auf sich ziehen muss, wenn man eine Frage, oder ein Anliegen hat.

Gutes Hotel, vor allem für Bahnfahrer
Pros:

Gutes Hotel, für uns super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, vom Hotel ans Gleis. Sauber, Kühlschrank vorhanden (war für uns wichtig), kleines Zimmer, aber zum Übernachten voll ok. Insgesamt recht preiswert.
