Super Personal

Cons:

Frühstück war gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich, zB Tomatensaft, Lachs. Würstchen vom Vortag wurden aufgebacken, ein kaffeeautomat zu wenig für die große Anzahl von Gästen

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super sauber. Es hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung sowohl zur Autobahn als auch öffentlich mit Straßenbahn. Am besten war das Frühstück. Als gebürtige Sächsin die mittlerweile in Bayern lebt habe ich mich besonders über die Quarkkeulchen gefreut. Kleinen punktabzug gibt es von mir für das Bett. Die Matratze könnte etwas bequemer sein aber das sieht sicher auch jeder etwas anders. Wir kommen gern wieder. :)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Gut hat mir auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld gefallen. Check In und Put liefen super entspannt.

Cons:

Die Situation beim Frühstück fand ich sehr unentspannt. Schmutzige Tische, keine Tassen und das Personal kam nicht hinterher. Sie waren sehr freundlich und haben sich bemüht, der Situation gerecht zu werden, hier sehe ich Optimierungspotential in der Einsatzplanung.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt, trotz der Kritikpunkte, in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Die Zimmer sind gr0ß genug, um sich dort wohlzufühlen.

Cons:

Für ältere Gäste ist es bestimmt schwer, in die Dusche über die Badewanne zu gelangen. Leider waren die Geräusche von der Straße, trotz geschlossener Fenster , noch sehr deutlich zu vernehmen. Schlafen war dadurch etwas schwierig.
