Pros:

Hotel bol trochu ďalej od historického centra mesta, cca 20 minút chôdze, no aj v tejto lokalite bola zabezpečená vybavenosť službami a bola zabezpečená veľmi dobrá sieť mestskej hromadnej dopravy. Taktiež prístup autom bol veľmi dobrý a možnosť parkovania vo vlastnej podzemnej garáži (síce za dosť vysoký príplatok) možno oceniť. Hotel bol moderne vybavený; i keď pri frekventovanej ceste bol tichý. Samotná izba bola pomerne veľká, dobre zariadená, aj s chladničkou, kúpelňa účelne zariadená. Raňajky formou švédskych stolov boli pomerne bohaté.

Cons:

Fitness centrum bolo slabo vybavené (z 5 strojov boli 4 určené na beh alebo bicyklovanie, ten posledný, multifunkčný, s obmedzenou funkčnosťou).

Pobyt bardzo udany m. in. dzięki sympatycznemu i pomocnemu personelowi.
Pros:

Wszystko dobrze. Czysto, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobre udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych w łazience i pokoju. Dobra lokalizacja. Pokój dobrze wyciszony. Śniadanie smaczne i urozmaicone. Polecam.

Cons:

Przydałoby się dodatkowe krzesałko w łazience dla niepełnosprawnych ułatwiające przebranie się i wycieranie.

No me gustó nada.

No nos gustó el trato del personal de recepción.

Poco amables y poco resolutivos.
1. No nos dejaron pagar en efectivo, aunque la cuenta era de apenas 250 euros. Nunca nos había pasado esto ni en Alemania ni en ningún otro país.
2. Pese a qué pusimos en nuestra puerta el cartel de limpiar la habitación, no nos la limpiaron el primer día, alegando que había que avisar para que nos la limpiaran. Inaudito. Después de la queja, si nos la limpiaron el segundo día.
3. El aire acondicionado, que controlan desde recepción, no funcionaba el primer día, pese a qué nos quejamos. Nos dijeron que funcionaria en 10 minutos, pero tardó 24 horas en funcionar.
4. El parking, que NO pagamos por su precio abusivo (19euros), cuando en la misma calle se encuentran plazas, gratis.
5. La ducha se me cayó a los pies porque no se enganchaba bien.

Pros:

Nice comfy rooms, especially the AC came in handy during the heat wave. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We called a taxi through reception and did not arrive in 30 minutes, so we almost missed our opera. But I understand that the hotel can do only do a little with it.

Vernünftiges Business Hotel- aber Restaurant hat nicht jeden Tag geöffnet

Das Hotel ist ein Business Hotel mit der Ausstattung die man erwartet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas weit außerhalb und die Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass das Restaurant einen Ruhetag hat. Von einem Businesshotel, das keine passenden Restaurants im Umfeld hat, erwarte ich ein offenes Restaurant an jedem Tag. Der Hinweis auf ein griechische Restaurant in der Nähe finde ich kaum hilfreich. Ich gehe zwar gerne in griechische Restaurants, aber nicht wenn ich am nächsten Tag ins Büro gehe.
