5* Hotel in 1A Lage, unser Zimmer war wunderbar, die Betten ein Träumchen.
Der Service an der Bar perfekt, das Getränke & Essen ebenfalls.

Cons:

Die Frühstückslocation war nicht sonderlich gemütlich, Self Service am Buffet, Kaffeespezialitäten wurden serviert. Das haben wir in anderen 5* Häusern schon besser erlebt.

Der Pool war leider badewannenwasserwarm und ist - gemessen an der Hotelgröße und Anzahl der Gäste zu klein.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, sehr gutes, reichliches Frühstück, allerdings nicht "überzogen" (Champagner, Kaviar o.ä. Gedöns), netter Gimmick: Infinity Pool auf dem Dach.

Cons:

Kein generelles Manko des Hotels, aber leider hatten wir einen Wasserschaden im Flur, der uns kurz nach Mitternacht in der zweiten Nacht sehr beschäftigt hat. Den prompt angebotenen Zimmerwechsel (ein Techniker war um diese Zeit natürlich nicht verfügbar) haben wir aber nicht in Option gezogen, da der Schaden lokal begrenzbar war und nicht den unmittelbaren Schlafbereich betraf.
Richtig nervend allerdings waren bis weit nach Mitternacht lautstark grölende Menschenmengen, die entweder vorn an der Max-Strasse feierten, oder auch die Außenterrasse direkt unter unserem Fenster "belagerten".

Schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön, Betten bequem, Service sehr gut, Parkservice sehr angenehm, Garage 24€ pro Tag,
Lage sehr gut, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, Frühstück preislich angemessen mit sehr guter Auswahl an allem.

Empfehlenswert, eine Aufenthalt wert.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, freundliches Personal sowie gepflegte, hochwertige Zimmer. Frühstück mit breiter Auswahl. Ambiente in der Hotellobby eher etwas düster, dafür überzeugt die gewinnende Bar.

Cons:

Hotellobby wirkt etwas düster. Sauna erst ab 16.00 Uhr in Betrieb.
