Fantastische Lage, fantastischer Pool
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, überdurchschnittlich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Und der Außenpool nachts über den Dächern von Augsburg ist natürlich sensationell. Meine Kinder und ich haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Toller Aufenthalt gehabt, schönes Hotel, perfekte Lage, tolles Personal und schöner Wellnessbereich!
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren super schön und sauber, tolle Produkte zur Pflege und ausreichend Handtücher.

Cons:

ein kleiner Haken war, dass es keine Verbindung vom Sauna Bereich zum Pool gab.

Schönes Hotel an idealer Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal, um die Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer, das uns zugeteilt wurde, lag im ersten Stock mit Aussicht direkt und mit geringem Abstand ins Parkhaus. Nicht sehr erfreulich. Den Balkon zu nutzen wäre keine Freude gewesen. Auch hörten wir die Autoreifen quietschen und Leute mitten in der Nacht laut diskutierend zu ihren Autos gehen.

sehr angenehmer, unkomplizierter, guter City- Aufenthalt - immer wieder in Augsburg

Sehr zuvorkommende Team in Rezeption und Restaurant, angenehme ruhige Zimmer, Parkung unkompliziert

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat geblasen und es war keine Erklärung dabei, wie man Temperatur erhalten und Gebläse abstellen kann, auch an der Rezeption wusste man es nicht - das war der einzige Punkt, der eher schwach war.
Bett hätte kuscheliger sein dürfen, ich habe etwas gefroren

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Innenhof), sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

Cons:

Sehr kleines Badezimmer mit Wanne, die einen sehr hohen Einstieg hatte. Für ältere Personen ungeeignet zum Duschen, da die Wanne zum Rand hin nicht eben ist und außerdem Rutschgefahr besteht.
Das Doppelbett hatte eine große Bettdecke statt zwei. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.
Nächstes Mal fragen wir nach einem Bad mit Dusche.
Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer.

Zu teuer, kleines Zimmer, Parkplatz 25 Euro, Hunde 25 Euro mit sehr geschmacksvollem Zimmer

Nichts besonderes bei der Preisklasse

Cons:

Mussten für die Hunde zur Reinigung 25 Euro bezahlen, was völlig ok wäre aber das Zimmer stank stark nach Hund bevor wir rein kamen. Erachte ich nicht als extra gereinigt für 25 Euro zusätzlich. So viel Arbeit geben Hunde nun auch nicht. Bettchen und Trinknapf zur Verfügung gut und recht, Guddis fragwürdig bei heiklen Hunden.

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Frühstück und Spa vor allem das Schwimmbad waren hervorragend , aber es gibt keine Umkleidekabine oben .

Cons:

Reinigung kam teilweise erst um 16:00. Die Heizung konnte man nicht die Temperatur einstellen. Unser Zimmer war laut. Wir schliefen mit offenem Fenster.
