Ausgezeichneter Hotelaufenthalt mit Hund
Pros:

Tolles unkompliziertes Hotel mit einem jungen, extrem freundlichem Team. Wir waren noch nie in einem so hundefreundlichem Hotel, einfach super.
Essen im Sartory war extrem gut und wieder extrem netter Service, für unseren Pudel war auch schon ein schönes Plätzchen hergerichtet.
Essen im maximilian's auch sehr gut und wieder dieser freundliche Service und schon wieder ein schönes Plätzchen für unseren Hund.
Frühstück riesige Auswahl und von hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Nur ein kleiner Tipp am Rande - frischer Orangensaft beim Frühstück wäre eine Option

A fantastic hotel in a great, central location. Friendly staff, a large breakfast buffet with a great selection of many delicious treats - it has everything your heart desires. Valet Parking!

Wenn wir wieder Reisebudget angespart haben, kommen wir wieder. Bis dahin Weiterempfehlung!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, die Klimaanlage, das exzellente Frühstücksbuffet, die freundlichen, zuvorkommenden, fleißigen Mitarbeiter. Jederzeit wieder die erste Wahl bei Besuch dieser gepflegten , historischen Stadt.

Cons:

Wo sind mindestens zwei Haken im Bad für nasse Bademäntel? Durch Fehlposition des Spiegels im Garderobenraum läßt sich der Schubladenschrank n i c h t öffnen; dringend Änderung erforderlich im Zimmer 138. Den Spiegel 10 cm nach rechts gerückt und schon gehen die Schubladen auf - Herr Innenarchitekt: mitdenken!!!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con un excelente servicio y mejores habitaciones.
Pros:

La amplitud de las habitaciones, el silencio en el hotel, por mas que habia concierto delante del hotel, su super desayuno y la super amabilidad del personal. Su ubicacion es formidable.

5 Sterne absolut gerechtfertigt
Pros:

Rezeption und das Personal dort sehr freundlich und ergebnisorientiert. Die Lüftung in unserem Zimmer war leider sehr laut, da wir aber Nachts gerne absolute Ruhe möchten, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt wo keine laute Lüftung aus dem Badezimmer zu hören war.

Auch Abends kam man unseren Wünschen noch nach.

Cons:

Personal im der 3M Bar könnte mehr auf Zack sein, auf 5 Sterne Superior Niveau erwarte ich IMMER eine Person die alles im Blick hat, sodass Wartezeiten (Bestellung, Bezahlung, Nachbestellen von Essen und Getränken) garnicht entstehen.

Zu Fuß konnte man die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erlaufen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war unser Zimmer nach hinten raus angenehm ruhig
