Pros:

Nice place and good location.

Cons:

Why the staffs need to lie if the room is still not ready? They can just tell the truth and we can wait til the check in.

Our stay was comfortable, staff was welcoming and in a great location. Recommended.
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, shopping and restaurants

Cons:

The cleaning staff knocked ,and immediately opened the door without giving time for a reply.

Pros:

Super Lage. Freundliches Personal. Konnten auch schon früher aufs Zimmer, was sehr nett war. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Alles was das Herz begehrt und nicht wie sonst überall! Toll, dass man auf dem Gang so oft man möchte Wasser auffüllen kann. Vor allem bei den jetzigen Temperaturen ist das super. Die Cocktails an der Bar sind absolut zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne!

Cons:

Mir hat ein Handtuch für die Hände gefehlt. Aber sonst wunschlos glücklich

Location, close to nice shopping, restaurants and U-station.

Cons:

No outdoor pool, expensive breakfast,. Unfortunately, some of the receptionists weren't that serviceminded.

Micul dejun este diversificat, dar nu indeajuns pentru un hotel de 5 stele.

la receptie in prima zi mi s-au extras de pe card mai multi bani decat suma prevazuta in rezervare, apoi, in ultima zi, nu mi s-a explicat foarte clar si pe inteles de ce/ cand mi se vor returna banii.
