Nice hotel. Expensive. Bad checkin and check out service
Pros:

Location opposite woods for running and close to airport. Room was large and clean.

Cons:

Self check in did not work at the console in the hotel nor via their mobile app. I had to wait in line at reception for 40 minutes to get my room key. They have about 7-8 checkin desks but only 2 were open and a supervisor stood around observing the 2 front desk staff instead of checking guests in himself. Terrible check-in experience. Also if you self check-out in their app they should provide invoice via the app and not require you to drop by the front desk to get your invoice emailed. Check in and check out experience was terrible! At checkin you are told you get a €5 voucher per daya you don't have your room cleaned. I opted in but never received the voucher! Avoid fish and meat and restaurant buffet - it's dried out.

ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, המזגן מעט חלש לטעמנו, אולם גולת הכותרת הוא השאטל הזמין לנמל התעופה בחינם, היינו כבר במלון הזה ועוד נשוב אליו

Top Hotel am Airport Frankfurt
Pros:

Top Zimmer und Frühstück, verlässlicher Shuttle von und zum Airport. Absolut nichts zu meckern. Das würde auch Udo Lindenberg gefallen! 😀
