Pros:

The view from our room was excellent and the bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our trip. It was easy to walk to shops and attractions and there was an U-Bahn station right outside.

1x inhoud van de minibar is "gratis" (bij prijs van de kamer inbegrepen). Bedden zijn heel goed. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel goed.

Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da sehr laute Straße
Im SPA keine frischen Gläser und Wasser war aufgebraucht und wurde nicht aufgefüllt
Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht ausgeführt, obwohl morgens darum gebeten.

Top Lage und Personal mit ein paar Schwächen.
Pros:

Tolle Location, top Personal und schönes wenn auch in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit Grand Hotel Flair.

Cons:

Leider kein Room Service mehr nach 22:30 Uhr und leider bei meinem Aufenthalt kein Warmwasser nach 22:00 Uhr, was tatsächlich nach einem langen Tag in Meetings nicht schön war.
