Great service but the rooms left a lot to be desired, not worth the money
Pros:

The proximity and locality in Frankfurt. It’s a stunning building and you feel like you’re staying in a part of history. The restaurant and breakfast area were exceptional. The staff were excellent, couldn’t not fault their attentiveness and knowledge.

Cons:

It’s never good when the maintenance team need to come to your room for multiple issues…our air conditioner never really worked. The filter the technician pulled out was putrid and still didn’t mean the aircon functioned and then the sneezing we experienced the minute we walked into our room was awful.
The shower isn’t very strong. It’s interesting and novel with all the different buttons but I really just wanted a shower with decent pressure and not this weird hot/cold circling weak water experience.
Our chair was broken when we sat down on it but they brought a new chair very quickly. Just very tired rooms and so small!

sehr schön und extrem zentral
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut, wenn auch nicht so gut wie früher.Früher Luxus und Bedienung, wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, jetzt so wie überall.

Gut aber keine 5 Sterne
Pros:

Zimmer schön eingerichtet
Roomservice Essen war sehr gut
Frühstück war tolle Auswahl aber sie hatten keine pasteurisierten Eier

Cons:

Minibar wenig bestückt
Massageanweisungen wurde nicht erfüllt
2 Gerichte für Roomservice Auswahl fehlen, gab keine Alternative
Regendusche und Brause bei der Badewanne haben leider nicht funktioniert
Koffer wurden nicht ins Zimmer gebracht und abgeholt

Leider ist das nicht ok in einem 5 Sterne Hotel

Unsere Erfahrung entspricht nicht dem Anspruch des Hotels.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Ambiente dort angenehm. Das Bett war komfortabel. Alles war sauber. Das Personal was insgesamt sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Hotelumgebung und das Äußere des Hauses waren bei Tageslicht nicht besonders ansprechend, eine Baustelle lag gegenüber des Haupteingangs. Die Verkehrsführung zum dortigen Parkhaus nervte, ebenso wie die Wartezeit auf die Einfahrt. Das ehr dunkle, mäßig geschmackvoll ausgestattete, große Deluxe-Zimmer mit „Aussicht“ war eines mit Blick auf die Baustelle. „Unsere“ Empfangsdame war korrekt, legte aber eine erkennbar unauthentische Freundlichkeit mit einem gewissen Hang zur Arroganz an den Tag.

Don’t go to the place if you seek for up to date hotel service, nothing changed there (in a bad sense) since I was there

The hotel gave me shabby room with dirty sheets and called it a 5-star service, unbelievable!
