Not a five stars hotel
Pros:

Only one young female staff from the restaurant was helpful and attentive. She was working in the restaurant and bar and also help moving luggage, almost everything was done by just her.

Cons:

As a five stars hotel, not even offering water to guest daily, they charge every tiny thing, totally not customer oriented but to make the most money out of you. The charges were also not clearly stated before the use of parking lot/ other service/ item request/ room upgrade fee (thought it was one off fee, but it turned out to be daily) until i found out on the bill when i checked out.

Solide Unterkunft.
Pros:

Aufzug zur Tiefgarage. Kurze Wege. Sehr schönes Restaurant und nettes Ambiente. Überwiegend nett wirkendes Personal. Schönes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Kleiner TV mit altem System. Unangenehmes Klopapier. Bademäntel bisschen klein.

Hotel an Toplage mit sehr bequemen Betten und grosszügigen Zimmern.
Pros:

Lage vom Hotel, grosse Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche, Frühstücksraum war speziell, Servicepersonal beim Frühstück freundlich und aufmerksam. Hotel war aufmerksam und hat auf den Geburtstag reagiert.

Cons:

Personal am Empfang war eher kühl - es fehlte etwas an Herzlichkeit.
Überall die Teppichböden gefallen mit persönlich nicht (wirken schmuddelig), Am Dienstag Morgen sahen viele Speisen nicht so frisch aus (Birchermüsli), Brot war nicht frisch. Auch unter den Tischen sollte gereinigt werden.
Man sollte regelmässig Kontrollen machen ob alles i.o. ist (Hauswart: Duschbrause die spritzt, Lifttableau wo Schrauben fehlen) Kleinigkeiten machen ein Viersternehotel aus!

Good hotel and good it had air conditioning in the heat wave
Pros:

Location and room size

Cons:

The air exhaust in our bathroom was broken and it never got fixed, the shower whenever used will leak and wet the entire bathroom.

As stated above the hotel met my expectations

Cons:

Not the hotel;s fault but access to Stuttgart HNF could be easier. B
but realise that this willk have to await the overunning work on the station which should have finished 5 years ago

Fantasztikus volt!
Pros:

Reggeli csodás volt, választékos és nagyon finom. Központi helyen van, könnyen elérhető bármi, közelben bolt, patika megtalálható.

Prima Hotel für Aktivitäten in Stuttgart
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Hauptbahnhof und hat eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, in der ein Teil für Hotelgäste reserviert ist. Das Deluxe-Zimmer war sauber und angenehm groß! Das Frühstück (war inclusive) war sehr gut, selbst für gehobene Ansprüche! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man erreicht die Fußgängerzone Innerhalb von 2-3 Gehminuten.

Cons:

Eigentlich ist alles gut, aber man kann ja bekanntlich immer etwas besser machen: man sieht dem Hotel an der Farb- und Materialwahl der Ausstattung so langsam sein Alter an (obwohl alles sauber und gepflegt ist!). Ausserdem hätte ich erwartet, dass in einem Hotel dieser Klasse beim Frühstück Kaffee etc. am Platz serviert wird und man es sich nicht aus einem Automaten selbst holen muss.
