Good + Bad.
Pros:

Great Hotel. Great Location. Enjoyed the stay --- except for the Safety Deposit issues.

Cons:

Problems with the Safety Deposit return. Still unresolved.

Safety Deposit still showing up in my Visa Card Account as 'processing' --- i.e. the Hotel has not released back the Safety Deposit money. Just disappointing and a total hassle.

de Luxe-Zimmer ok. Service auf Minimum reduziert. Rezeption trotzdem hilfreich.

Cons:

Hotel leidet sichtbar unter Dauerbaustelle Hauptbahnhof. Umgebung schreckliche Baustellen.
Frühstück mit schwäbischer Servicekraft aber vom Angebot gerade noch ok - kein Vergleich mit den großen alten Zeiten des führenden Hotels in Stuttgart. Traurig

Good stay with an excellent location, but the air conditioning needs significant improvement.
Pros:

The stay was comfortable overall, and the hotel’s location was excellent. It was convenient and close to everything I needed.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was very poor and did not cool the room properly, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. This is something that definitely needs improvement.
