Don’t understand how are they 5 stars
Cons:

They don’t provide water to guests daily, only on arrival. House keeping not replacing shampoo, shower gel, towels and robes. They charge money for basically everything. Lunch time there is no food served at all in the whole hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage, freundliche MA und sauberes grosses gemütliches Zimmer!

Alles war sehr gut. Ein Punkt Abzug, habe ein Büschel Haare auf dem Teppich gefunden. Wahrscheinlich beim saugen hängen geblieben.
