Great value for the money
Pros:

My room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Great value for the money. It is also convenient if you are meeting people in Chicago's North Shore communities as I was.

Cons:

I was only there one night. No complaints.

I liked how quiet it was.

Cons:

The bathtub specifically needed some renovation and staff tried to enter my room multiple times without knocking. Had the door not been latched they would’ve came in, and this was way before check out time and twice through the night, I opened the door to maintenance trying to get in even though I didn’t call anyone. When I told the man at the front desk upon checkout he said I wasn’t the first to complain about that issue.

Check in was easy and the room was comfortable

Cons:

I was disappointed overall, especially for the price. The only entry into the hotel was via the front lobby, which made getting there late at night and having to take all of our belongings through the maze of hallways annoying. It took a long time to get sheets for our pullout after I requested them, and it was late and we were tired. The bathroom was average. Again, I had higher expectations for a room that cost $250 per night.

The property was new and clean.

Cons:

The staff was rude, and room size was not as per the price. I could get any more good hotel with bigger room. Breakfast was not included in the price as well. Parking space is not convenient. Rooms corridors are not well lit.
