Cons:

Una habitación muy pequeña que no se corresponde con las fotos. Con 4 estrellas y no tiene A/A, solo un ventilador. La TV con ningún canal en Ingles.

Hotel Eisenhut is a large hotel with around 75 rooms distributed across several historic patrician houses, right in the heart of Rothenburg ob der Tauber’s medieval old town. Rothenburg is an extremely popular tourist destination, and the hotel reflects that. It is well organized and efficient, but does not have the personal, warm atmosphere of a small family-run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay, although guests looking for exceptional luxury or a particularly individual experience may find it rather standard. The highlight for me was the breakfast. The selection was extensive, the quality was very good, and there was something for every taste. Overall, it is a solid choice for spending a night in this charming but very tourist-oriented town.

Great location and good value but staff could use a bit more training on hospitality since that’s their line of business

Central location but will need a taxi to get to hotel from train station especially with luggages.
Room is clean and bathroom is spacious with a bath tub.
Breakfast choices is standard across other hotels in GER.

Cons:

I scheduled for taxi pickup when we checked in for 930am on checkout day.
On checkout day, we were ready at 9am and wanted to be early at the train station. The lady at the front desk at the time told me - somewhat rudely - to “just wait” since they’re coming anyway.
I asked politely to try anyway. She did reluctantly and taxi came immediately.
Seems minor but the lady spent 2 minutes on the phone with the taxi company than the 10 minutes she was trying not to call and rudely telling me to just wait.
This was only one of the front desk staff and does not apply to everyone since the one who checked us in was very pleasant.

Pros:

Localização(fica dentro da cidade medieval), café da manhã bem servido e quarto amplo.

Cons:

Travesseiros ruins, estacionamento não é no hotel, tem que deixar o carro a uns 5 minutos, mas a localização compensa isso.
Diria também coberta pequena do quarto.

Pros:

Mycket centralt boende. Balkong med utsikt over halve Rothenburg. Fantastisk frukost. Lite långt till parkeringen, men god information.

Goed en fijn voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Midden in het centrum dus alles lekker dichtbij. Wij hadden een kamer in het gebouw tegenover het hotel. De kamer was niet groot, inrichting was eenvoudig. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, de bedden lagen prima. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid.
We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de parkeerplaats van het hotel. Een paar minuutjes lopen maar auto veilig onder dak.

Cons:

De kamer was klein, smal en benauwd. De badkamer daarentegen was weer heel groot. Raam kon open wel open maar hielp weinig. De ventilatietoren die we konden gebruiken was fijn.
