La ubicación y que su personal responde muy rápido

Unas semanas antes del viaje por motivos médicos oncológicos no podía ir y les comenté la posibilidad de cancelarlo o una especie de "vale" para usarlo cuando mi marido se recuperara. Me respondieron que NO porque no tenia cancelación. Entonces regalé el hotel a mi hermano. Me mandó videos de la habitación y yo había cogido una superior con cama extragrande y no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Vistas interiores, baño grande pero habitación mas pequeña que las fotos que publicitan. Se lo reclamo y la respuesta es que esa también es Superior aunque no coincida con las fotos y que tenia que haber pedido en observaciones que quería tener vistas al exterior.
Esto no es normal porque al elegir la habitación tiene una imagen de las vistas exteriores y en ningun sitio dice que tengas que pedirlo. Muy mal.

המלון כנראה בשיפוצים , ריח נורא ליד החדרים כי כנראה שהם מכינים קרפים וכל הריח של החמאה השרופה לא מאוורר אלא מגיע לאיזור החדר וזה נוראי.
הצוות לא שירותי, הגענו אחרי יום שלם לחדר וגילינו שלא ניקו אותו, ביקשנו 3 פעמים עד שהגיע ניקיון, הם גם לא עונים בשירות קבלה והיינו צריכים פיזית לרדת לקבלה כדי לבקש ניקיון, שירות גרוע.

Hotel Normandy is in a fantastic location. Next door to the Louvre. It was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The location was excellent, next door to the Louvre. The surrounding area was clean safe and vibrant. The hotel has larger than normal rooms for Paris. We stayed in 4 hotels on this trip and Normandy was the standout.

Cons:

The buildings aircon seemed to be in winter heat mode so the rooms were a bit warmer than we liked. However we opened the terrace door and the cool air was perfect.
