Superbe situation dans Paris. Chambres propres et bien agencées. Belle vue sur les toits de Paris

Le hall d'entrée , surtout le sol est vieillot . Il y a avait des travaux en route.

初めてのパリを素晴らしい滞在にしてくれました。
Pros:

スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で親切でした。
地下鉄もバス停も近くレストランやカフェもありました。
斜め向かいのベーカリーは早朝からオープンしていてとても美味しかったので数回利用しました。
ルーヴル美術館へは徒歩5分程、オペラ座やモノプリも徒歩圏内にあり治安もよく安心して過ごせるホテルでした。
帰国日には早朝にもかかわらずタクシーも手配していただきありがとうございました。

Lot Of Potential, Short On Delivery
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The location is great with multiple solid places to eat nearby along with access to all central Paris has to offer.

Cons:

The overall service attentiveness was mostly poor. For a place that cost as much as this did and with the number of stars on the outside, service fell far short of expectations. A staff person barging into our room while we were napping mid-afternoon was unreal; our room had been cleaned so didn’t feel the need to put out a do not disturb sign. Also, I had to convert the sleeper sofa back to a sofa , despite having asked the staff to do so. I called and asked right after we arrived and no one touched it all day/evening. Sounds simple, but this bed/sofa did not work very well and had to forced with all my weight on it to close. We booked a room for 2 but they had our room readied as though there were 3.

One night was very loud as there are couple restaurants around. And they were partying till 2-3 am . Better to take earplugs
