This was my second stay and I will return for sure.
Pros:

Fabulous location, so easy to come and go. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and kitted out with all toiletries etc.

מיקום מעולה! קרוב להכל, המלון ממש "על המרכז" - אבל שקט מאוד. ובניגוד לכל החדרים הקטנים בפריז - המלון מציע חדרים גדולים ומחיר טוב. אחלה ואליו פור מאני.

Cons:

באמת שהכל היה בסדר. אבל אם צריך "לחפש" - הדרך לחדר היתה כזו שצריך לעלות במעלית - ואז ללכת קצת במסדרון *ולרדת קומה במדרכות*. לנו זה לא הפריע בכלל, אבל מי שמתקשה בהליכה אולי זה עניין. עם המזוודות בהתחלה ובסוף כמובן הצוות הציע עזרה (אבל לא באמת היה צורך).

Pros:

We had an amazing stay here for my birthday! The room was beautiful, clean and had lovely views.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful :)

The location is fantastic!

Cons:

The mini fridge was not very cold but apart from that we would highly recommend staying here!

We were extremely pleased with our 8-day stay at the Normandy Le Chantier Hotel with my daughter. When we requested a room change due to the location of our Deluxe King Room, the polite and friendly hotel manager immediately assisted us and arranged the change. We were extremely satisfied with the hospitable and friendly staff, the fast room service, the breakfast contents, and especially the hotel's location (excellent). I will definitely stay at the same hotel again when I visit Paris. Thank you.

First room that was given, they changed after we asked. Apart all was very ok

Excellent service
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My luggage was lost at CDG and they went above and beyond to help me find it. Excellent service from a dedicated team. Well done to all.

Ausserordentlich gute, zentrale Lage. Der Zimmerservice könnte noch etwas besser werden (Kaffee auffüllen usw.)
