La ubicación
La climatización era pésima, el frigo bar no enfriaba. Varios días tuvimos que reclamar toallones de baño.
Se estropeó el ascensor y la habitación estaba en el 5 piso, también se estropeó el aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor
The only good thing about this hotel is the location! Everything else is not worth the money! Find another hotel, trust me.
The staff doesn't care, the common areas are dirty, there was even a man sleeping in the lobby sofa one day! The breakfast is poor. And they tryed to trick us and charge us for things from the minibar when we did not even open the minibar!
We emailed them in advance and asked if they could leave a birthday note waiting for us because our daughter was having her 7th birthday during our stay at the hotel. They said yes and that they'll even leave some macarons waiting for her. Then they just forgot and didn't leave anything which isn't a problem but why say you will and then don't do it?
Our room is on the second floor and they do not have an elevator which is a problem if you have heavy luggage!
This should be a 3 star hotel at best!

Хороший отель в центре города. Комфортные номера. Нет лифта (по крайней мере на второй этаж точно), если у вас много багажа, имейте ввиду. Отличный завтрак, но вот французская классика - круассаны невкусные. Рядом с отелем много классных кафе. если вы с детьми - шум тусовки и сирен будет слышан до часа ночи. Отличный выбор для пар без детей.
