Location is perfect. Air conditioning functions very well.
Booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos and description on Booking.com. We were very disappointed to find that the room we received looked nothing like the one advertised. We expected a room with an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub, and a city view. We had none of these and the room overlooked a back street with garbage bins.
Future guests should be aware that not all "Deluxe Rooms" match the photos. Using the most attractive room to promote is misleading. The room we received did not justify the higher price we paid.
"Deluxe Room" is expected to offer enhanced features. The room we had was simply a larger standard room with an awkward unused, undesigned space. Empty floor space alone does not make a room "deluxe."
We reported the issue to booking.
The following morning, when we requested a room change, we were told that we had to check out by 11 am and the new room would be ready after 3 pm. This was unacceptable! We had booked and paid for a 5-night stay expecting a seamless, uninterrupted holiday. This disrupted our vacation through no fault of our own. They expected us to lose several hours of our holiday.
As tourists, our day was already planned with timed tickets, also we had valuable belongings and were not comfortable leaving them. Nevertheless, we had no choice but to interrupt our plans and check out / check in again.
While the hotel provided another room for us, the stress could have been avoided.
Another disappointing experience, at check-in, the hotel charged €100 as a deposit. This was not a temporary authorization hold! but an actual charge! At check-out, the staff claimed that the deposit had already been refunded and asked us to pay an additional €45 for our minibar consumption. This simply didn't make any sense. We were asked to pay twice! We refused to pay until the deposit was actually returned. As of the time of writing this review, the refund has still not been processed. The hotel currently owes us €55.

There was construction and renovations being done adjacent to our room during the day. Couldn't be helped though.

Foi a minha primeira vez em Paris e adorei a minha escolha. A localização do hotel facilita fazer vários passeios a pé e ainda conta com vários restaurantes próximos.
Os funcionários do hotel também foram sempre muito prestativos (todos eles!). O Khalid que me ajudou no check-out também foi muito prestativo!
Adorei ficar hospedada com vocês!
