Got rudely woken up at 3:30am on the second night of my stay from the room next door to us. Called security and got my room moved away. The guests next to us tried to enter my room thru the adjoining room door and were extremely loud. Was offered a valet parking pass for all my troubles which is a joke. Will never go back to Omni Providence.

Overall beautiful, clean and nice hotel. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything we wanted and friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was there was an air freshener smell in the room. I’m extremely sensitive to fragrances.

That was my first time staying at omni,and I stay at hiltons ,and your place in Ri.is better that most hiltons iv stayed in i liked it because how tall it was i was in north Carolina and there's was nothing compared to yours ...
