Great location, good rate but poor overall experience.
Pros:

Location downtown was nice. Easy to get around.

Cons:

Hair in my shower. Robe provided had stains on it. We had two instances of housekeeping coming to our room immediately after showering telling us that the smoke detector was going off, even though no alarm sounded in our room. We were told to shower with the bathroom door open, the second visit they told us to shower with bathroom door closed. On our last night we had someone knocking at our door at 10:30 pm, stated they were housekeeping we didn’t open the door. I called guest services to inquire, and nobody answered the phone. Not a great experience overall.

The pleasant staff was helpful and I went to the coffee bar every day so I enjoyed that benefit.

Pros:

We liked the location to everything downtown. We also liked the amenities at the Omni

Cons:

The rooms need updating and maintenance. Our room as well as our friends room would not cool down. The air conditioning never got below 71/72. The faucet dripped constantly and there were stains on our bedroom chair.

Difficult to find
Pros:

Location was good, being 10 mins from train station. Room was big as was bathroom

Cons:

Restaurant for breakfast was expensive, as was coffee shop
One day the gents toilet was LOCKED, why I don't know

Great staff & location. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was rather dated.

Cons:

It could use a renovation, or at least improvements. My floor lamp was broken and the faucet dripped. The overall decor was dated and trending toward shabby.
