Lovely room with great facilities
Pros:

Large room and very comfortable bed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic and we were given drink vouchers to enjoy a drink in their hotel bar which was fantastic. Great coffee facilities and large TV. Powerful shower and lovely cosmetics included. Clean room with great facilities.

Cons:

No power outlet on one side of the bed. Attached to a convention centre so very busy and in a more business side of the city.

We only stayed one night but it was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Katie at the front desk was so lovely and was very welcoming when we arrived. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Brendan, one of the valets, was also very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Friendly staff, but unhelpful. The lotion was diluted, the conditioner was extremely noisy, and the safe was broken. These are very unusual issues for a hotel of this standard. I reported these problems and was promised they would be fixed, but nothing was done. The only action taken was offering to replace the lotion.

Cons:

Parking. An affordable self parking option would be very helpful. The valet service is great, responsive and always there as quickly as possible but not always the quickest option if you’re in a hurry.
