Perfect. We kregen een gratis upgrade en dat was geweldig!
We stayed at the Goodwood Park Hotel and booked three Parklane Split Level Studio rooms. Since our flight arrived early in the morning, we were worried about check-in, but front desk staff Ong Ziyi was incredibly patient and professional, helping us sort everything out with genuine care. That first impression really set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and polite throughout our visit. The hotel itself is elegant and full of old-world charm — a true century-old heritage establishment. Its location is excellent, with easy access to dining and attractions, making it ideal for family trips.
This was not our first time in Singapore, and we have chosen to stay here on several occasions. If you love history, culture, and a hotel with real character, this is the place for you. We will gladly return.
Great location, spacious & comfy rooms, lovely pools
Only slight niggle was that layout of breakfast room was a little congested and awkward

1.位置不错，比邻商圈，吃东西逛街都方便，离地铁和公交也不远；
2.升级到套房，面积挺大，也比较安静；
3.空调声音很小；
4.喜欢房间里的吊扇。
1.housekeeping有点问题。每天都没有足够数量的毛巾，不是缺擦手毛巾就是缺浴巾，必须打电话去要。
2.清洁状况一般。我们续住后一共住了5晚，期间没有更换过beddings，床头柜上积灰明显。
3.大部分staff是友善且helpful的，但也有个别很奇怪的。比如早餐厅一个女服务生，收餐盘时一直沉着脸，即便我每次对她说thank you，她也始终面无表情。
4.早餐单调，品种太少，且吃了5天几乎没有变化。
The hotel sets a very high standard. It's very traditional, like Gentlemen's Club, and everything is done to order. The staff are extremely courteous and respectful. The food is superb and the swimming pool is first class. We enjoyed our spacious apartment and can't wait to return.
The Parklane suites are roomy
The fact that there are no covered walkways from the Parklane suites, and the buggy service is rather sporadic and takes a long time
We recently held our staff retreat at Goodwood Park Hotel, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
A special thanks to Mr Don & Mr Buddhika as well as on-site crew Philip & IT-Win for their incredible hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service which made our event seamless and memorable.
We had our lunch at Min Jiang & the meal was delicious and perfectly balanced & flavourful without being overly heavy or overpowering. The restaurant team was exceptionally attentive throughout our meal, ensuring everyone was well taken care of.
Thank you to the entire team for hosting us so well. We highly recommend Goodwood Park Hotel for events and dining!

Great location and very comfortable room.
Felt like a ghost town. No pool service, hot bar was never functioning. We went outside the hotel for drinks.
Staff could not have been more welcoming or accomodating especially Melvin! All the ground floor rooms open onto one of the two pools which is pretty amazing and, the location was fabulous!
Not a criticism just a suggestion, would be great if room service/ bar staff could maybe come out to the pool every so often to take any food or drink orders, rather than us having to get dressed and come inside to ask.
People also tended to not read the signage and, left their used towels on the deck chairs when they left pool area, which then made it confusing what chairs were still in use versus available.
Other than that, amazing!!
Had dinner at Gordon’s grill. Food was excellent, especially the lamb. Crepe Suzette was prepared table side and was spectacular. Even though there was an issue with one of our main courses, service recovery was excellent. Special thanks to Krishna and his team for the warm and attentive service.
Haimi & Jeff serves us well! Good food too!
