Pros:

Location,staff and property was good.Our AC was not working so they promptly changed our room although new room was almost same ,bathroom didn't had bathtub in it as in previous one which disappointed my son a bit.Overall it was good experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was almost same everyday.

Very happy, will return.
Pros:

Rooms are very generously sized compared to newer hotels at the same price. The hotel is one of the classics. Don't let its age deter you from trying. I liked the traditional service and culture.

Cons:

I recommended they update certain elements of the Gordon Grill that looked a bit weathered that would improve the overall experience. Given the quality of the food I would have expected to see more people there.

High quality and well located hotel, with great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel was used for two nights on a stopover after a month in Europe. We splashed out to make sure we had a great experience and were not disappointed. Goodwood Park is a high quality hotel, located conveniently to Orchard Road, with large comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, two heated swimming pools, a buffet breakfast room, three restaurants, two cafes, and a happy hour lounge. We had an amazing meal at the Min Jiang restaurant one evening and enjoyed the breakfast buffet on two mornings. Two staff in particular enhanced our experience. On our last day we wanted to go to a direct factory outlet and Gardens by the Bay. Amal recommended the IMM factory outlet to us, ordered a taxi for us there and explained how to navigate the rest of our day by taxi. Upon return my wife and I were hot and sweaty from the humidity in Singapore and I asked Kim if there was somewhere we could freshen up. Kim arranged for us to have access to a room for us to shower, and to access some of our stored luggage for a change of clothes. We were very impressed with what we considered to be above and beyond service.

Cons:

No modern socket in room and concierge wouldn’t provide an adapter. Need to update this for travellers as you are a 5 stars hotel.

Een oase op een heuvel in een hoogbouw omgeving. Mooi historisch hotel.
Pros:

Het hotel is gevestigd in een bijzonder gebouw: een laagbouw uit de koloniale tijd. Een westerse stijl te midden van al die lelijke moderne flats. Een gebouw met geschiedenis. Een gebouw met een eigen kavel, geen hoogbouw zoals je overal in Singapore ziet. De locatie en het gebouw waren voor ons de redenen om voor dit hotel te kiezen.

Cons:

het grote zwembad kan wel wat leuker en exotischer aangekleed worden. Meer bomen en schaduw over het water bijv.

Aangenaam verblijf in prachtig hotel met tuin
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met tuin in de buurt van Orchard street en niet ver van de Botanical Garden. Meerdere restaurants en terras met uitzicht op de tuin met buitenzwembad.

Cons:

Het hotel zit voor een deel ingeklemd door hoge gebouwen, gelukkig wel met bomen ertussen dus uitzicht vanuit de kamer was daardoor toch aangenaam.
