Food:
We had Sakura hi tea buffet and the quality of food is top-notched. Service provided by Brandon, Rox and the Indian manager were very good too. Brandon especially is very attentive to our needs. Keep up the good work Brandon! Glad that there were a lot of varieties of cheese provided too. Ambience was relaxing and welcoming too.
We are pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of different cuisine for breakfast at the coffee lounge. Staff service and ambience was great too.

Tea sachets provided were marvalous.
There is no coffee machine though in the room.
The toiletries smell good and is of good quality. Is great!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Min Jiang at Dempsey. The staff Nancy and Sammi were exceptionally attentive throughout the evening. Service was warm, polished, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Combined with the beautiful ambiance and delicious food, it made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
I stayed at Parklane this time and overall the experience was good. However, it was quite surprising that no bottled mineral water was provided. During my 5-night stay, there were no mineral water bottles at all. Even though there is a water filter available in the kitchen, I would suggest that the hotel consider providing bottled mineral water for guests.

The unit is spacious
The apartment smelt like no one lived in it for a long time. No coffee machine?! Toilet struggles with plumbing.
The location is perfect with walking distance to shops restaurants and MRT.
The split level apartment was spacious and well appointed.
Checking and checkout seamless
Christine and Parthi looked after us but all the staff we interacted with were very good at their job and friendly .
The breakfast was excellent and the room was relaxing Hassan was excellent

Pleasant food served by wonderful sammi
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Gordon Grill. Right from the start we received excellent service from Tony and the rest of the team. The ohmi steak was one of the best I’ve had. The evening was beautifully rounded off with a perfectly done crepe Suzette flambéed right by your table the old fashioned way!
Excellent Chinese food in an elegant, conversation-friendly setting with staff helping with pacing and portions; very good coordination and food quality.

Nie mamy pojęcia, na jakiej zasadzie hotel otrzymał pięć gwiazdek, ani skąd dobre opinie. Od samego początku problemy: pobrano od nas prawie 800 zł. więcej za rezerwację niż to było w ofercie i ani hotel, ani Booking nie poczuwa się do odpowiedzialności. Po wejściu do "apartamentu" kolejne rozczarowanie: lodówka kompletnie pusta, hotel nie zaoferował nawet butelki wody! Niby jest aneks kuchenny, ale wyposażenia praktycznie żadnego, wszystko musielibyśmy kupić sami, począwszy od płynu do mycia naczyń, kończąc na chociażby podstawowych przyprawach. W łazience jeden komplet kosmetyków (rezerwacja na dwie osoby), jednorazowa szczoteczka do zębów jest, ale pasty już nie ma... Gniazdka w łazience nie działały. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki. Brak suszarki do włosów! W czasie 3-dniowego pobytu RAZ bez problemu leciała gorąca woda! Przez resztę czasu albo ciepłej wody w ogóle nie było (ledwo letnia) albo trzeba było puszczać wodę kilka minut, żeby w końcu poleciała ciepła. Jedną z przyczyn, dla których wybraliśmy to miejsce, była pralko-suszarka na wyposażeniu. Okazało się, że to stary, zatęchły i nie działający sprzęt. Zniszczyliśmy sobie tylko ubrania, które po wyjęciu z "suszarki" można było wyżymać, a smród stęchlizny był nie do zniesienia. Mokrych ubrań nie było na czym rozwiesić. Telewizory stare, bez możliwości podłączenia telefonu, żeby pooglądać np. Netflix. Łóżko miękkie, zapadające się, zużyte, niewygodne. Z jednej strony łóżka wtyczka europejska, z drugiej już brak. Brak zagłówka, a zamiast niego za łóżkiem półka, o której trzeba bylo pamiętać, żeby nie uderzyć w nią głową. Brak stolików nocnych. Mieliśmy nadzieję, że może chociaż śniadanie wynagrodzi nam te wszystkie niedogodności... Niestety, kolejne rozczarowanie. Jedzenie fatalnej jakości, najtańsze, zleżałe produkty, sine jajka na twardo, rozwodniona jajecznica i półsurowe jajka sadzone. Brudne, odbierające apetyt, patelnie na stacji "live cooking" .
We recently hosted our WITS end of season event at Goodwood Park Hotel and couldn't be happier with how everything came together.
The team was nothing short of outstanding - warm, accommodating, and impressively responsive at every stage. What really stood out was their flexibility: as there was no function booked the day before, they kindly allowed us to come in early to set up, which made a world of difference and took so much pressure off the day itself.
The ballroom itself is lovely, the food was great, and the location is hard to beat.
We look forward to working with Goodwood Park for our future events!
I am an event chair of a tennis orgnization and we just had an end of season event at Windsor Ballroom at Goodwood Park Hotel. From the beginning to the end of our event, Oliver and Howard from Goodwood Park Hotel provided strong support and generous hospitality! The ballroom is wide and a proper size, which is suitable for any kind of event ( when I took a tour, they were preparing for a wedding which was also really beautiful!). Everyone was pleased with the food from the buffet as well. Every 6 months we have a huge event and we will absolutely come back in the future. Thank you, Howard and Oliver- you guys were truly amazing. we really appreciate it!

Goodwood Hotel is our go to hotel in SG for many reasons but one thst sticks out is the level of detail and quality if work of the staff.
We've booked with them quite a few times already and we would like to mention Sir Thomas and Miss Alecsandra for their attention to detail. They already know how we want things done in the room.
One small but is one of our favorite parts about our usual trips to GWPH is when they send us off and wave at us until they can no longer see us. It's such a small thing but it really resonates with us the care they show.
They prepare suggested places to eat and go to when we are in SG knowing thst our time is limited.
Their tandem along with the rest of their team is such a big factor we decide to book with GWPH.
