No aircon in lifts and small. Bathroom ammenties minimal eg bodywash.

Zimmer war für 5 Sterne nicht gut gereinigt und veraltetes Mobiliar (Appartement im Nebengebäude)-> es wurde aber sofort auf Beschwerden eingegangen und uns entgegengekommen.
Für 5 Sterne hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet
Staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice. Nice to have eggs cooked to order.
Our room had a leaking toilet which couldn't be fixed, so we were moved to an upgraded room with direct pool access for the inconvenience. Even offered for our belongings to be packed and transfered to the new room. I would stay here again.

今後改善を期待して率直な意見を書かせていただきます。部屋の清掃に関して、ブラインド、収納棚の扉全ての埃が気になりました。キッチン、洗濯機付きのお部屋を探しこちらのホテルにしたのですが清潔感を感じられず一度も使用できませんでした。
La taille des chambres permet aisément d'y travailler sans s'y sentir à l'étroit.

酒店本身就有百年历史，室外两个泳池满足了小朋友，早餐每天都有变化，离乌节路的所有卖场5分钟路程。
大堂的门不是自动感应的，需要手动推开，门童不在的时候，手拿很多行李不是很方便。

Very good room - large and comfortable
Receptionist poor and not welcoming. When asked for an early access to our room she just told me the hotel policy. When I went back 5 minutes later she gave us early access as requested but couldn’t explain what had changed. Poor first impression
Wasn’t expecting that quality from a 5star rated hotel . The toilet was extremely old , shower area too small, water was all over the toilet floor leaking from the shower , very bad experience! Not staying at this hotel again .
