É muito perto da estação de trem
O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, a parede do quarto estava manchada devido a vazamento do ar-condicionado, o funcionário não resolveu o problema, apenas nos trocou de um quarto para outro com ar-condicionado também não funcionando

No air-conditioning, no fan, even when the weather was too hot
Locatie is prima
Airco was kapot, zat vol stof en schimmel. Nieuwe kamer gekregen. Wederom een niet werkende airco. Die het na meerdere beloftes niet heeft gedaan. Föhn bleek ook kapot.
Tényleg a központban van a szálloda, nagyon jó helyen. Meg voltunk vele elégedve. Bátran ajánlom.
A WC nagyon kicsi, a fürdő nincs leválasztva.
Location was very good
Air condition was not working most of the time, and the personnel's attempts to make it work were not very efficient. I had to inform about it about ten times. Cleanness could be better. No tea in the room.
Excellent breakfast, great location, very clean hotel.
Unfortunately the air conditioning failed and it was a very hot day/night.
Also we had bed bugs in our room and I was bitten quite badly leaving blood spots on the sheets. This is not a reflection on the cleanliness of the hotel, which was spotless, but they will have been brought in by the previous guests. We were not offered compensation but were moved to another room. I'm not sure if the staff would have been able to compensate any way

Geen AC Bij 30° 4 x kamers gewisseld. Schuifdeur langs straatkant met 2 man moeten openen. Heel de nacht lawaai.

Geen inloopdouche terwijl hierom gevraagd werd. Voor een 85+ is het instappen in een bad niet te doen.

Erg teleurgesteld dat dit hotel meer dan 25 kamers hebt met kapotte airco, het is erg warm daarbinnen je kunt bijna niet zonder .
Veel kamers zijn verouderd wat echt nodig om opgeknapt te worden zeker voor een 4 sterren hotel !
Vrijwel niets. Bij het ontbijt was er een vriendelijke ontvangst en werd er thee gebracht. Dat is het enige positieve aan dit hotel.
Rampzalig slechte service aan de receptie, meerdere gasten kwamen klagen dat de verwarming niet werkte, paspoort kopies lagen voor iedereen zichtbaar! Last minute inchecken door persoonlijke situatie was geen goed plan. Receptie was onvriendelijk en totaal niet behulpzaam. Het was een aftandse vieze zolderkamer naast de brandtrap ipv een nette standaardkamer die op foto staat. Bed is keihard, niet geslapen, ook door de luidruchtige gasten midden in de nacht, de stopcontacten hingen los uit de muur, geen mooie zithoek maar vieze stoelen met brandgaten erin. Bad was veel te krap en klein. Ontbijt is dubbel in rekening gebracht. Niet eens excuses in de ochtend en mijn klacht is niet in behandeling genomen, op mijn berichten is simpelweg niet gereageerd. Volledige Restitutie van de kamerprijs hebben ze afgewezen. Dat was wel zo gepast geweest. Zware tegenvaller!

Ontbijt een aanfluiting de ontbijtzaal ongezellig ....de kamer niet schoon ....airco viel continu uit en op het laatst niet meer aan de gang te krijgen....koelkast defect en een rioollucht in de kamer
