Chaotisch en smerig
Pros:

Perfect tegenover Antwerpen centraal, konden bagage achterlaten na uitchecken

Cons:

Kamers zijn super smerig, bloed vlekken op dekbedovertrek en dekens, muren mogen geverfd worden, badkamer vies, blonde haren op paar plekken (wij hebben zwart haar..) er was op onze naam ingecheckt voor iemand anders maar gelukkig alsnog kamer gekregen.

Cons:

Airco deed het niet. Zijn 's nachts nog verhuisd naar een kamer waar de airco het wel deed, maar die werd 'centraal' bestuurd. Beetje vreemd...
Sober ontbijt voor 20 euro. Fruitsap en vers fruit waren 'op' om 9u15..
Maar we gaan in ieder geval terug omdat het een supergoeie locatie is als je in Antwerpen bent.

Frühstück war gut . Gute Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen , verschiedenen Ceralien , Obst und Kaffeeautomaten.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und nur eine Möglichkeit Fenster zu öffnen zu einem Hinterhof mit schönen Pfützen , ein Paradies für Mücken, die prompt auch zu Besuch kamen. Der Hinweis an der Tür ,das die Klimaanlage neu sei ,war auch eher als Scherz gemeint .Bei über 30 Grad kein Spass . Keine Hilfe oder Vorschläge vom Personal vorort . Wir konnten froh sein , das unser Zimmer um 18 Uhr schon gereinigt war , andere Hotelgäste hatten da weniger Glück . Aber ansonsten war alles okay 😉

До этого более десяти лет останавливался в этой гостинице. Вроде, все нравилось, да, постепенно ухудшалось, но нравилось. До этого момента...

Cons:

В гостинице полетела система кондиционирования о чем администрация не сочла необходимым проинформировать ни клиентов, ни Booking.com. Даже зарегистрироваться потребовалось более часа, так как то и дело подходили постояльцы и жаловались на жару и духоту. А администрация обманывала, всех, сначала при заселении... Я пять раз спускался из номера вниз с жалобами и каждый раз администратор сообщал, что что-то сделал и уж теперь заработает. И только когда я потребовал чтоб он сам поднялся в номер, признался, что полетело все! Обещали исправить на следующий день. Ага, та же песня, посоветовали шире открывать окно. Напомню, что гостиница 4 звёзды и не бесплатная! Думаете они хоть извинились? Пожалуй, придется поменять предпочтения и... гостиницу, увы!

Het hotel is geen 4 sterren waard, zelfs geen drie! Vuil, onvriendelijk personeel.l en echt gedateerd. Zogezegd zou de airco niet werken door de hitte(golf), dit is al een bekend probleem van +/_ 4 wkn. Geen informatie over gekregen. Foto's van de site komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Mensen, boek hier niet!

Buona posizione per quello che dovevamo fare. Colazione discreta. Albergo sicuramente bello in passato, con una bella struttura. Utile il balconcino in stanza.

Cons:

All'arrivo ci hanno detto che avevano problemi con l'aria condizionata e che non funzionava in tutte le stanze, ma per la nostra sì. Ci hanno dato l'opzione di rimborsarci in modo che potessimo prenotare da un'altra parte (opzione che abbiamo scartato, visto che l'aria in stanza nostra c'era). Il condizionatore ha però smesso di funzionare la sera, e hanno solo ribadito che ci avevano dato l'opzione di andarcene all'arrivo (almeno hanno sistemato il giorno successivo). La porta-finestra in stanza non si chiudeva. Il lavandino del bagno era intasato e, nonostante ci avessero detto che avrebbero sistemato, in due giorni non è stato fatto nulla a riguardo, abbiamo dovuto usare la doccia per tutto. Sicuramente in passato sarà stato un 4 stelle, ma ora non riflette proprio la categoria. Tutti si scusano, ma fanno ben poco per sistemare le cose.

Cons:

Bij inchecken kwan reeds ingecheckte gaste iets zeggen over kamer. Personeel was bezig met inchecken dame die was ingecheckt krijgt voorrang. Misdchien personeel vriendelijk laten melden dat ze in de rij wachtenden dient aan te sluiten. Kwestie van respect naar wachtenden, mensen die werden ingecheckt en het personeel. De dame had voir mijn part naar Pluto mogen vliegen. Zo onbeschift.

Das Hotel hat Potential, benötigt aber mal eine umfassende Renovierung.
Pros:

Lage am Bahnhof ist gut, Brot beim Frühstück war lecker

Cons:

Das Hotel ist einfach massiv Renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise heftige Flecken auf den Betten, alles veraltet, Dichtungen im Bad sind porös, Klimaanlage ging nicht, Preis-Leistung nicht annähernd passend.
