Lovely,spacious rooms with Acropolis view. Wonderful daily buffet breakfast on the rooftop. Pretty pool area.

Big bus tours stay there which crowds the dining room in the morning but the staff were very efficient and turned tables quickly.

Our stay was very disappointing
Pros:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible cold food
The waiter was extremely unfriendly
The location of the hotel is fabulous
The outside appearance of the hotel, very nice the inside lobby, beautiful the doorman that greeted us at us and the Bellman were very professional very polite very helpful
The front desk attendant was not very friendly
The night attendant was straight up, rude not helpful at all
We asked for a wake up call. We never got one when we let him know that we didn’t receive the wake up call he acted like we were lying and he didn’t care.
I asked for an extra pillow they told me the hotel was fallen. There was none available. I had to ask three times and finally, they found me not one but two extra pillows.
We paid a very high rate of money for this room. We expected a five star, beautiful hotel.
The room looked like it hadn’t been rented it in many many years very disappointed with the room we had paid for an executive suite they said that they upgraded us. I’d hate to see what the original room looked like.
I booked this room two roughly 2 months in advance
The pool attendant was extremely unfriendly. We did not feel welcomed.
The Bell staff and doorman were outstanding

Cons:

Renovate, the rooms, higher, friendly or weight staff higher a friendlier pool attendant lifeguard
Train the front desk staff that we are paying guests and not make us feel like we’re they’re doing us a favour by staying there

We were very happy with most everything. Staff was excellent, the only issue was the bathtub/shower.

Pros:

The restaurant, the views and the staff are the only things good about it. The room, however, is another story. TV didn't work correctly, floor lamp would not stay on, only 1 outlet for charging. These are the major problems that will keep us from returning.

Die Lage zur Akropolis und Plaka sehr gut. Der Pool. DAs Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht überragend.
