Good location and very helpful and friendly staff
Pros:

Best part of this hotel is its location to Plaka and the good breakfast on the 7th floor with an amazing view. Pool area is lovely too! Staff are friendly and very helpful also.

Cons:

The rooms are looking extremely tired and old. To have a warm shower you needed to allow the hot water to run for at least 10-15 minutes and even then water was lukewarm. Bathroom does not have a power point and lighting could be better in the room in general.

Great stay in central Athens
Pros:

We had a two night before a yacht cruise. Slightly worried about the mixed reviews but we really enjoyed our stay especially as we were upgraded to a large spacious room with a view. The room was lovely, and massive marble shower room. Yes, tea and coffee facilities would have been nice and perhaps more power points but despite these niggles we enjoyed our stay there especially the view from the roof top restaurant!
The staff at reception were ok but the baggage handlers were great and very helpful.
Definitely would stay again.

I liked the location and the view from rooftop bar

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation, for this price it doesn t offer 4 or 5 stars experience, more like 3. long wait for the elevator for the breakfast, there is no complemetary tea or coffe in the room. When you are in the bathroom smeill go directly to the room. Sometimes it smell from the sewer. You can t adjust air condition. Breafast if basic, not a very good selection.

If you’re looking for good AC, you better confirm it works
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are smaller than what they appear to be. We had trouble with the air-conditioning as it was not working right and the rooms were hot constantly. The power was going on and off sporadically at times and we had no electricity cause of it. I think age is finally caught up to the hotel. The people in here are very friendly and helpful unfortunately that does not make up for the quality of the rooms. The other room, the shower was not working and we had a call the front desk to fix it which they did, but that should’ve been done before we moved in. The reason why I gave it a higher Mark than I wanted to is because of how good the people were at the hotel.

Ma chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre et était très sombre j’ai eu l’impression de dormir dans une cave très mal isolée, on entend le voisin faire pipi.
Quand on arrive le hall d’entrée ébloui il est magnifique. Mais une fois passé tout est décevant.
Il n’y avait même pas une bouilloire avec de quoi se faire une boisson dans la chambre.
Tout est à l’économie. Un minuscule nécessaire de toilettes à l’arrivée, pas renouveler. Un buffet de petit déjeuner juste avec du café filtre et des sachets de thé lipton. Jus de pomme ou jus d’orange… et un personnel pas trés engageant. Çà sent l’abattage de touristes.

Aangenaam verrast, want reviews niet zo positief; uitstekende service van behulpzaam personeel; 1 van de 3 kamers was reeds klaar om 13u; zeer goede ligging voor Acropolis en Plaka; een pluim voor de ongelooflijke ervaring van de panoramakamers: luxueus, meer dan zeer ruim en adembenemend zicht op tempel van Zeus en Parthenon; schitterende rooftop (ontbijt, diner, bar) met zicht op Parthenon; voor de liefhebbers een aangenaam buitenzwembad.
