Descanso más económico por una noche.
Pros:

A pesar de estar en el centro (Ruidos y ciudad un poco peligrosa en la noche) me sentí bastante seguro. Está cerca de todo.
Al llegar nos dieron un Upgrade de habitación, lo cual se agradece

Cons:

El olor de la habitación: A humedad y poco ventilada. Nuestra habitación estaba en otra torre, lejos del ingreso al FrontDesk (No se nos informó); había que atravesar un centro comercial con las maletas, lo cual dificultaba la entrada (La puerta del primer piso no habre desde fuera). Invitamos a desayunar a unos amigos y el valor un poco alto.

Un Clásico Moderno!
Pros:

Históricamente Unipark Hotel se ha destacado por su exquisita gastronomia, para mi fortuna, sigue siendo uno de los mejores en Guayaquil, sumado, por supuesto, a la amabilidad de su staff que está muy bien entrenado.
Los variados servicios que ofrece el hotel en su interior invitan a disfutar de todas las comodidades Unipark.

Cons:

Algunas máquinas del gimnasio ya deben ser actualizadas.
La ubicación, para mi gusto no es la mejor, pues, debido al crecimiento de la ciudad y sus niveles de inseguridad nocturna en el vecindario, es un factor a considerarse, aunque hay que comprender que tal condición está fuera de control del hotel.
Esto dependerá de la agenda y expectativa de cada huésped,
