Elevator down
Staff was helpful and friendly
Avoid this hotel unless you have no other options. I chose it because it had a park and cruise option, so I could leave my car for our 9 day cruise. It was also world cup in Seattle, so what should have been a $150 room was 3 times that--robbery!!!
The elevator was broken on our arrival. So we had to walk up stairs to our 1st floor room. We are in our 70's and did get help with a large bag. The room was OK, but nothing great. Breakfast was the WORST we have had in a VERY long time. The hotel screwed up the scheduling of our return from the cruise terminal with ALVA shuttle. They had us returning 2 days earlier, so the shuttle was NOT at the pier the morning we arrived and had to wait 90 minutes for them to get there. The only good thing is that our car was fine upon our return from our 9 day cruise.
we walked in. The staff was very friendly, got to our room and it had a stale smell of old cigarettes. The hallways and the elevator doors flooring was so dirty, which could’ve also been why our room smelled like it had never been clean.
We had a great stay! People at the desk were super helpful! The food was great for breakfast.
The elevator was broken. It happens. I would still stay there again.
We booked here mainly for the shuttle that picks you up at airport and takes you to the hotel. We flew in at night for a cruise the next day. You have to call the hotel to request pickup. We were given a choice of pick up spots to wait at. With no instructions how to get there, we drug all our luggage all the way over, across the street to where everyone is waiting for all the various shuttles. It was a nightmare. Shuttles for all the hotels and parking lots pull up to the curb. There are so many people waiting, alot of shuttles are full before they reach the pick up spot. There are more stops before the number we were waiting at. Each hotel has a shuttle with their name prominently displayed. We looked for Comfort Inn forever. We kept seeing a Sleep Inn shuttle go by. Never noticed until forever later he had a 8"x11" paper taped inside front window on his Sleep Inn shuttle that said Comfort Inn. Ridiculous. The hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok.
A choice member for 20+ years . STAY AWAY from this location. We stayed 2 nights (only because we prepaid) Dirty floors throughout, smell of weed in the halls, elevator broken, our TV did not work and so much more! We were told there was a conference room we could use? No such thing! On a scale of 1-10 (2) I would NEVER stay at this location again! Embarrassed it is with Choice Hotels!
Decent hotel for overnight stay, park and fly, etc. Clean and functional.
However, if you have any issues at all (e.g. your flight is canceled/delayed, there is a complication, etc.) no human at this hotel will help you. The front desk only takes reservations. When we attempted to get assistance, they texted us a number and hung up.
That number was out of service, Their reservation help line is AI only. Our reservation number did not work with them - you need a number starting with an H sent to a confirmation email we didn’t have access to, and on an on.
After much research, we discovered we had to call Choice Hotels help line to get a human to help us. It took almost 25 minutes to resolve the issue.
Good location near the airport. Friendly staff.
Very comfortable bed and nice bed and bathroom. Having coffee in room is nice. Had to call desk to figure out TV. Heavy curtains over sheer ones would no shut all the way to keep for privacy or to keep out light. I was in room 419. Baggage cart was unavailable, so desk person helped me with my bags. Shuttle is great with very nice drivers. The free breakfast is awesome.
They have started updating. Looking better! Great location for connections through Sea Tac.
Had a poor experience with this location in particular. We traveled to Washington and stayed at this hotel because it was budget friendly and close to the airport.
The front desk agents don't like to see you coming. Answers are very short, blunt and they are easily irritable. The room smelled musty and there were pen marks in the bed, not sure if the sheets were washed? The hotel shuttle from the airport is available upon request. Which means that you're reliant on that same front desk to book your pickup. It's a nightmare.
Your key card will de-activate if your key card is in your pocket near your phone. The Bluetooth signal de-activates the card? You'll need to get a new one from the front desk. We had an amazing time in Washington, but we seriously wish we had just spent the extra money to stay downtown. You get what you pay for.
Convience
Breakfast options could been better
El personal y la ubicación
Todo estuvo muy bien y confortable
Needed to be close to airport. Room was excellent. Clean spacious good bed and great bathroom with bathtub. Lobby and hallways could use an upgrade. Staff was very helpful. Would return. Great value with free shuttle to and from airport
Lobby halls
Is it the best hotel in the world??? No! But was it super convenient for the airport ??? Yes! Our room and shower were clean and that’s all I can ask for. They let us pay a little extra to check in early and that was definitely worth it. The shuttle to and from the airport was super convenient, but bring money to tip the driver.
Absolutely horrible! I not only want booking to address my reservation costs, and comp us nights at another hotel immediately
This place is a disaster, the pictures posted on websites of this place and it’s rooms must be 15 years old cause I totally feel like I was catfished.
The place is dirty, the staff were not very helpful, the elevator didn’t work, there are minimal places to park and those are very narrow and to top it all off the emergency alarm was set off at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning and all this for $150 a night is robbery!!
