Pleasant and restful but with lift capacity challenges.
Pros:

Like the view and the comfy chairs in the room. The check in area aroma and the breakfast selection was outstanding.

The lift background noise and wait for a lift during morning due to lifts being out of order or not accessible.

Merkeze yürüme mesafesiydi ortalama 30 dak. Otobüs durağı çok yakındı aktarma yapmadan havaalanına 30 dak. Ulaştık. Keyifliydi tekrar tercih edebilirim.

Lounge facilities and staff were good. Premium room a big disappointment.
Pros:

Good location. Lounge area and lounge staff excellent.

Cons:

Booked a premium large double room but received a room with two double beds.
Shower was an over the bath style with oversized glass shower screen making it difficult and dangerous to use, especially as there were no grab handles or any slip measures.
Replenishment of in room amenities (tea/coffee)was limited…one tea bag for 4 nights!
Drinking cups and glasses were removed from room and not replaced.

Pros:

Meget venligt og behjælpelig personale og god atmosfære og virkelig god morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var beskidt i alle hjørner, selvom der blev gjort rent dagligt. Ved morgenmaden var der sjældent varm kaffe i kanderne.

Беше на много добро разположение и имаше хубава гледка. Персоналът беше много любезен.

Cons:

Нямаше почти никакво налягане на водата в баняте. Също първата вечер беше много студено, защото като се настанявахме, на рецепцията никой не ни каза, че може да поискаме електрическа печка.

Brilliant!
Pros:

It has a fabulous location and within easy walking distance of all the city. Furthermore, it’s really easy to get to from the airport using the 5C bus at only DKK30 per person, so no need for an expensive taxi.

All the staff were most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Wir konnten erst um19h einchecken.
Selbst da war unser drittes Bett nicht bezogen - auch für die3. Person fehlten die Handtücher. Das Sofa war vollkommen schmutzig
