We stayed at this hotel while visiting Copenhagen for a friend’s wedding, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel has a beautiful lobby that creates a great first impression as soon as you arrive. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which came with stunning views of the canal and the city centre. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and there was something for everyone. I would also highly recommend visiting the gym if you stay here. The facilities were excellent, well-equipped, and much better than what you typically find in most hotels.
The only slight downside for me was that the hotel is starting to show its age in some areas. While everything was clean and comfortable, you could notice that certain rooms and facilities feel a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.
Overall, however, this did not take away from an enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would consider staying here again in the future.

Spacious and clean room with a spectacular view. The furniture were well made and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful (including the intern who helped us check -in).
There is a lag, of few minutes, in hot water delivery in the shower.
We had a huge one bedroom suite, very nicely appointed and comfortable. Beautiful views of harbor and town (from the 26th floor). Gorgeous hotel public areas. Staff service was impeccable. Room service pizza was delicious. Highly recommended!
There is a desk in the bedroom but no desk or table in the living room. This causes difficulties when two people need a place for their computers! The walk to the central areas of town is a little far, but doable.
Tower old , no hair wash supply. No elevate we have to carry luggage walk stairway which is bad experiences. Room small no place for put the luggage

Preis ist deutlich zu hoch. Auch Kosten für Parkplatz stimmt nicht mit Angaben aus den Fragen überein.

Noisy inside; thin walls; loud neighbors. A corporation saving money on what the inside of a good hotel should be.

Overall, apart from a nice lobby and a rich breakfast, it is a disappointment. The accommodation standard absolutely does not correspond to a 4-star hotel – there is no, and I mean absolutely no, space to store personal belongings (no nightstand, no drawer, or wardrobe etc ). Basic amenities for a hotel stay are missing – slippers are only available for an extra charge :-)? , no shoehorn, empty minibar ( yes, there is minibar , but no wardrobe or shelves ). Personally, I would gladly skip the designer lamp and armchair in the room if it meant I didn't have to keep all my things stored in a suitcase on the floor next to the bed. ..
