J'avais demandé une chambre dans les étages hauts et nous avons eu une chambre au 19è étage... Parfait !
La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée.
La lobby - bar était très confortable et accueillant.
Le restaurant Blue Elephant de l'hôtel était parfait.
Si je devais revenir à Copenhagen, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel.

The location is good, but it should be for this price.

Cons:

This was my most disappointing stay. There was no sound isolation: every movement and sound from neighboring rooms would wake me. The bed was in poor condition and produced a lot of noise even when just sitting on it. The breakfast area is very crowded and noisy, so you have to wait in long queues just to get coffee, for example.
