There is no AC and the day when we booked, the weather was too hot. They offer to bring a fan for us but no one bring it. We couldn't sleep well at that night.

Det finns ingen AC på hotellet, och det var svårt att andas. Vi stod i kö för att få en fläkt, men till slut fick vi en. Jag hade aldrig kunnat föreställa mig att ett hotell inte skulle vara utrustat med AC.

decent hotel, maybe too pricy for what you get

i love the breakfast and the staff

Cons:

the rooms are way too small for that price and promised quality. and the bathroom was also tiny for the standards. the aarhus radisson blu seems much better in terms of room and bathroom sizes

Pros:

Overall, great hotel, nice staff, perfect stay. The 5C direct buss to the airport runs every 10-15 minutes. The location is a walk away from the city center. I am happy with the choice I've made.

Cons:

A little noise from the airplane routes, but ok to sleep. The room was a bit smaller than expected. I would have booked a double bedroom for the city view. All single bedrooms face the back of the building, not the city. I wish I had been informed about this aspect before booking, or that I had found this information in the room description. I would have appreciated one-time-use shoes and some honey for the tea, instead of sugar - healthier choices. Breakfast could have been included in the price, rather than being charged an extra 200 DK at a luxury 4-star hotel, but I enjoyed my stay.

To be honest for the price not much. Check in wasnt personal, people came to the counter whilst I was checking in and they were attended to by the same check in person checking me in with no sorry ill just serve this person. The room was hot no air conditioning called reception for a fan, required a second call after 25 minutes. The room was small, adequate cleaning, on a positive entrees were delicious

Meal was awful we had the chicken very bland, gnochii was dry, caesar salad lacked flavour. The wait staff excluding 1 were not attentive. Signage and directions were poor. Room keys were being changed however it was supposed to occur on our 1day arrive back to the hotel at 530 only to discover the room key didnt work, back down to reception 1 worked and 1 didnt no explanation feom reception staff, we 2 rooms booked however not near each other. Toilet bins were overflowing,
