Nice stay even with quirks. Easy to get places.lots of people but never felt too crowded or noisy.
Pros:

Location is nice. Convenient for our visit. Older facilities but at least kept pretty clean. Staff polite and helpful and friendly. they had their hands full.

Cons:

Traffic noise surprised us. We we could part of the freeway from our window but most of our view was the woods and neighborhood still was louder than expected. We were top floor. not sure who cleans the road along the lot in front of building but used to dump trash. Can’t really blame hotel but one of only places we could take a walk. 2 elevators were out. Had to use service elevator when the last one went out as well. Never was repaired during our stay. No working vent in bathroom would’ve liked some air flow.

I was disappointed by a 4star Hyatt Regency being so below average.
Pros:

It was close to my daughter’s house.

Cons:

2 of the 3 elevators were closed for maintenance. Therefore the wait for the 1 elevator was always very long. Therefore air conditioning on my floor wasn’t working. It was hot and uncomfortable.

My favorite hotel in Lisle, IL!
Pros:

All staff... Olivia (bartender) is my other reason for coming. She can fix some DRINKS!!

Cons:

This year (2026), I have been coming since February and every other month afterwards. My question is, "When will the elevators get fixed?"

It was an experience.
Pros:

I liked the view in the room.

Cons:

I didn’t like that none of the ice machines worked. I had to go to other floors just to never find one. There was only one working elevator. The tv in my room would randomly stop playing audio. And when it was time to leave the power went out so I had to walk down a 11 flights to make it to the lobby. So yeah there were some things that I didn’t like.

La alberca poco igienica faltan sillas y mesas el jacuzzi no funciona y la cafetería muy caro y pocas opciones para desayunar

Some there to greet us. Very nice. Offered to get us a cart. Said hello to us when we went out for the evening.
