L'établissement est sublime, le personnel est top, les services sont exceptionnels.
Pros:

La suite est superbe. Très bel accueil. Hôtel sublime.
Le gros + : la conciergerie. Nous sommes venus en famille avec mon bébé de 16 mois et la conciergerie nous a mis en relation avec une super nounou. Nous avons pu dîner dans un restaurant conseillé par la conciergerie en bord de plage et nous y avons été emmené puis récupéré en voiture à la fin du repas. Un service sur mesure.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant pourrait être améliorée avec plus de produits de la mer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien mais les plats du restaurant ne sont pas au niveau du reste des prestations de l'hôtel.

Charmant verblijf op geweldige locatie.
Pros:

Mooie setting, zeer goed gelegen en parking.

Cons:

Wij hadden wat vlekken op het papier in de kamer, het was zeker in orde, maar een klein beetje vergane glorie, hetzelfde voor het ontbijt. De bediening in hun hoofdrestaurant was minder - ze begrijpen ook niet goed Engels.

Pros:

We visited Le Normandy a week ago. Our rooms were directly over a loading area where trucks delivered merchandise early in the morning. The noise was not pleasant! Also, my room had a horribly dirty desk chair and carpet. While the initial appearance of the hotel is elegant, the rooms are somewhat worn and weathered. Also, I hosted a family dinner. The restaurant did not have Chablis wine. The food and service were mediocre at best. I ordered a chocolate cake for my cousins birthday, and they served a candy with candle. The only positive comment that I can offer is that the breakfasts were lovely! Otherwise, very disappointing!

Excellent stay at this classic hotel!
Pros:

We had an excellent two-night stay at the Hotel Barriere Le Normandy Deauville! We loved the character of this historic hotel, which surrounds you the moment you step into the lobby. Our room looked over the tennis courts, equestrian facilities and beach, and each evening we received the gift of a beautiful sunset. Our king room was efficiently laid out with a small sitting area to the side of our comfortable king bed. The bath was clean and well-maintained, with a combination tub and shower typical of European hotels with a half door to shield the room from shower spray, a luxurious rain shower head and handheld shower head. The tub is raised and requires a big first step; use caution and find handholds to support yourself on the way in and out. We were served elegant meals with impeccable service at their restaurant and enjoyed the fresh air and sun with lunch on the patio. All of the hotel staff provided great hospitality throughout. Thank you to all at the Hotel Barriere Le Normandy Deauville. We hope to see you again soon!

Service catastrophique
Cons:

Le service était déplorable et d’une lenteur pas digne du 5 étoiles.
Le personnel très gentils était dépasser après avoir échanger avec eux ils on reconnus ce gros soucis
Nous avons attendu plus d une heure pour avoir un café et des œufs au plat et j’en passe …..

Pros:

Все было супер, очень красивая гостиница, классные завтраки.

Cons:

Единственное, что не хватало, это воды. Только за доп плату из холодильника. Но на вторые сутки все таки воду поставили, возможно, ее в первый день просто забыли поставить.
