Honestly, the cuisine is not up to par with other 5Star resorts. The service was not either, but were at least polite and courteous. The food was underwhelming. There’s a reason breakfast is free. We ate out three out of four evenings for better food.

The room was really small it was smelly and not very clean and the ceiling in the bathroom the paint was all peeling off it really wasn’t worth the money they charge

The magnificent Anglo-Norman architecture, the impeccable attention to every detail, the beautifully appointed rooms, the outstanding spa, and the warm, professional service combined to create one of the most unforgettable stays we have ever had. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and their dedication to excellence was evident in every interaction.
