Beautiful historical property with exceptional service.
Pros:

I noticed the hotel owed a cat, and often hand out in the breakfast venue, once I notified the staff that I am scared of cat, they have assured me that they will take the cat away, ensure my dining experience was no sign of cat. Teh effort was appreciated.

Cons:

I don’t like there is animal around the hotel, especially I am scare of cat, so limit my chance to explore further facilities of the hotel. As the staff also told me that the cat was around the bar, I don’t wanna to impose anything so I remain stay in my room.

Le cadre emblématique, le lieu incroyable, l'hôtel est magnifique

Cons:

Le personnel qui demande 10 fois le numéro de la chambre pour pouvoir accéder au petit déjeuner : je trouve ça problématique. La chambre présentait des tâches sur la moquette, et une salle de bain avec du sopalin vide à l'arrivée, le gel douche présentait une fuite, franchement à revoir.

Cons:

Honestly, the cuisine is not up to par with other 5Star resorts. The service was not either, but were at least polite and courteous. The food was underwhelming. There’s a reason breakfast is free. We ate out three out of four evenings for better food.
