Pros:

Great location for us wanting to walk to the train station, and also just a quick walk into Monti. The room was great.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent

Cons:

The breakfast at the hotel was poor. The hot food was cold every morning no matter what time we attended. Some of the fruits were canned. Juices were not freshly squeezed. However, the small pastries were nice

Very good hotel if you want to explore the city on foot, polite and helpful staff
Pros:

The stay was great and the staff were really good, the location was perfect to be able to walk around and explore most, if not all the parts of the city you would want to see.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't amazing but definitely not the worst breakfast I've had, and the 14:00 check-in wasn't ideal, I did try and request an earlier check-in but didn't hear back

Quaint, comfortable, a good hotel in a good location.
Pros:

I liked the old world charm of the hotel. The decor matched the period of the building. The location and proximity to the Metro was good. Close proximity laundromat facilities and supermarket was a plus.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. I have no criticisms of the hotel.
