Location to medical facilities and shuttle services

My husband and I stayed at the Houston Marriott Medical Center while he was on a business trip. Although our first room wasn’t what we expected, the front desk team was very accommodating and quickly moved us to a better room with a better view.
The highlight of our stay was Maraceli in the lounge. She was always warm, friendly, and attentive, greeting everyone with a smile and making guests feel truly welcome. Her exceptional service made our stay memorable. Thank you, Maraceli, for your kindness and hospitality!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great. We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and the M Club was amazing - Maricelu made it extra special.

always challenging parking in the med center
My husband and I always stay at this Marriott when we come to Houston for his oncology appointments at MD Anderson. In this trip it was supposed to be a two night stay but unfortunately we ended up having to stay almost two weeks. They helped us extend our stay and we were able to have Amazon orders delivered with no issues. The best thing we always love here is in the concierge lounge. Every morning on every stay Maraceli always knows us and welcomes us with a big hug. She remembers that I don’t drink coffee but need an iced tea. She has it at our table before I even come back to the table with my breakfast. It’s so nice to have a friendly face especially when we are staying for a stressful reason.
The location is excellent with a very convenient and dependable shuttle service which e always rely on to get to my doctor appointments.

Clean rooms . Close to hospital
Room noise from AC. Slight smell in the evening like sewage , the dinning room opened to late in the morning . Shuttle service very slow
Maraceli does a fabulous job with the M club and all of the families there. She makes us feel special and cared for when we need it most. So many of us are there for medical treatment. She gets off to a good start each morning.
