3일을 숙박하고 7월 25일 체크아웃할때 동양인 직원의 무례한 행동을 잊을 수가 없을 것이다. 여직원이 준 내역서를 잘 몰라서 물어보려고 하는데, 뭐가 문제냐는 말투와 표정과 무시하는 태도가 끔찍한 경험이었다. 고객이 잘 모르는 것을 알려줄 의무가 서비스 직원에게는 있다고 생각한다. 그 직원의 서비스 마인드가 결여되어 있고, 그것이 뉴욕의 이미지를 나쁘게 만들었다. 영어에 능숙하지 못한 사람을 무시하는 모습이 같은 인종을 오히려 차별하는 것으로 느껴졌다.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Everything about the hotel. Right from the staff who were amazing,, the porters, the location right in the heart of Times Square. Cleanliness. I would go back. The rooftop restaurant. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Pros:

מיקום שאין שני לו בניו יורק, במרכז הטיימס סקוור. קיבלנו חדר בקומה גבוהה.

Cons:

לא היה ברור אם צריך לשלם על אינטרנט או לא בתור אורחים של המלון ולכן לא השתמשנו וגלשנו על חבילות הגלישה של הסלולארי שלנו.

Estafadores! Venden la misma habitación 2 veces

Me estafaron! Hice el check in me cobraron las 2 habitaciones y cuando llegue al hotel más tarde porque mi vuelo había sido cancelado, me dijeron que la habitación por la cual ya había pagado y hecho el check in NO estaba lista y debía esperar hasta las 4pm del otro día! Unos ESTAFADORES!!
