Average but over priced.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us and the activities we had planned and the staff was all pretty friendly and very professional

Cons:

The price was too much for just a mediocre 2 nights. Plus I do not like having to deal with an extra $40 day for a destination fee. The food was below average and felt like a door dash type delivery. I paid $1,200 for a king room and they gave me a double saying it was worth more but the whole point was getting a larger bed for myself since I was solo.

Great weather, perfect location, and modern hotel in the city that never sleeps provided a great vac
Pros:

The staff and location were exceptional. The bar and restaurants in the hotel made the stay and access easy. The view from the restaurants and rooms showcased the city at its best. The size of the safe and updated bathroom and decor were great.

Cons:

The $100 daily parking price was too expensive, especially with the $30 upcharge for accessing your car each time during your stay. The towels and washcloths were of poor quality and too stiff.

Tolle Lage aber teuer, nicht 5-Sterne würdig

Fantastische Lage am Times Square, kaum zu überbieten. Grosse Zimmer verfügbar, die aber auch ihren hohen Preis haben.
Tolles Drehrestaurant.

Cons:

Massenabfertigungscharakter, Bahnhofsatmosphäre, sehr viele Gäste überall, lange Wartezeiten bei Check- in und -out, volle Aufzüge, sehr bescheidenes Frühstück, generell nicht 5-Sterne-würdig.
Personal nicht freundlich und teilweise schlecht qualifiziert. Man hat den Eindruck, dass das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter sich nicht bemüssigt fühlen, sich anzustrengen, weil die Gäste wegen der Lage ja ohnehin kommen.

Pros:
