Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un hotel de grand standing,
Pros:

petit dejeuner EXCEPTIONNEL; Buffet incroyable, délicieux, varié. Bref une idée du paradis.
Emplacement exceptionnel, à 10 mn à pied de l hyper centre, promenade sous les arcades bordées de boutiques.
Chambre de standing, literie exceptionnelle. La décoration de cet hotel avec plusieurs salons est de style anglais, raffiné et élégant ; cela change des univers taupe/beige.

Cons:

pas de chaussons d'intérieur, pas de brosse à dent, pas de papier toilette de rechange.
l'enregistrement a été trés long, avec une queue de nouveaux clients et une seule personne, d'ailleurs charmante et professionnelle, à la réception. ENTRE 12H ET 14H, il faut au minimum 2 réceptionnistes. C'est le seul reproche.
Le ménage de la chambre n'ayant pas été fait tard dans la matinée, j'ai uniquement demandé le change des serviettes. Pas grave non plus....mais cela peut en dérouter plus d'un.

Хотелът е отличен .Като се започне от персоналът ,рецепцията ,разположението много близо до автогарата (на една улица разстояние и гарата беше близко за 10 минути .Много добра закуска и отлична рецепция. Пак ще дойдем. Благодарим ви за всичко.

Cons:

Unfortunately in the hot and humid weather, the AC was not working well to be comfortable. Or either was controlled which made our stay totally uncomfortable.

Shower screen door had a damaged seal so water leaking out when shower used. Not fixed during our 4 night stay but staff did regularly attend to clean up
