El Gran Hotel Guayaquil hace que la estancia en una ciudad tan ruda y caotica sea más confortable.

El hotel, hace honor a su nombre, gigante, limpio, ordenado, cómodo, excelente ubicación, desayuno bufet muy rico, piscina confortable.

Cons:

Que me hagan esperar más alla de las 14H00 y tenga que perder casi media hora, hasta que me asignen habitación.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca a todo y se puede desplazar muy fácilmente a muchos lugares de la ciudad. El buffet en el desayuno es variado y delicioso

Cons:

Pienso que es más las políticas pero si se puede adelantar la hora de checkin sería excelente. Igualmente si me ayudaron para ingresar un poco más temprano

Centrally located, stellar staff and wonderful amenities.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful; during our stay they made recommendations and assisted without hesitation. Our room was comfortable and the hotel is centrally located. We enjoyed the pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast was stellar with a vast array of foods, juices and treats.

Cons:

There was nothing we were unsatisfied with.
