No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, sino menos
Pros:

El baño estaba muy limpio.
Las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

Creo que nunca he visto un aire acondicionado más ruidoso. Es de los primeros que se inventaron, ni lo han cambiado desde entonces. Tuvimos que tenerlo apagado todo el tiempo porque con él encendido era imposible dormir.

Las ventanas ni siquiera cierran bien, se puede meter el dedo por algunos resquicios. Así que entra todo el ruido de la calle.

Se supone que es un hotel de cuatro estrellas según ellos, y para nada. El mobiliario es anticuado, feo...

El Gran Hotel Guayaquil hace que la estancia en una ciudad tan ruda y caotica sea más confortable.

El hotel, hace honor a su nombre, gigante, limpio, ordenado, cómodo, excelente ubicación, desayuno bufet muy rico, piscina confortable.

Cons:

Que me hagan esperar más alla de las 14H00 y tenga que perder casi media hora, hasta que me asignen habitación.
