Please note that even if existing bedding is used, the extra bed fee will be charged for each additional child or adult in the room. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded for a room, an additional room will be allocated and charged.

At the Radius by Stefan Beer restaurant, elegant evening attire is expected.

At breakfast, at the Victoria Terrasse, La Terrasse Brasserie and at the Sapori restaurant, smart casual attire is requested, as is during the day throughout the premises of the hotel. Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, guests will receive a payment link.

Guaranteed balconies in Deluxe Room-Categories will be charged with an additional CHF 50 per room and stay.

A guaranteed early check-in at 12:00 and a guaranteed late check-out at 15:00 is possible with a surcharge upon request and availability.

Amazing hotel well worth the price.
Pros:

Everything. EEEEVVVERRRRYTHING. The staff at concierge, check in, turn down, in room dining, spa are amazing. The staff say more about the hotel than the hotel itself. Always very friendly and guest recognition. The food is really good and they dont over charge. We got the corner suite with a balcony view of Jungfrau and enjoyed morning lattes while watching streams of paragliders land.

Cons:

There is nothing I could find that was even slightly off.

Tolle Übernachtung in sehr edler Umgebung.
Pros:

Speisesaal "La Terrasse", Lounge mit Klavier und DJ, Wienerschnitzel im "Terrasse", Frühstücksbuffet, grosszügige Terrasse in unserem Zimmer (Deluxe Zimmer), freundliches Personal, sehr nette Bedienung im Vallet Parking.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war schön und flächenmässig ok, aber vom Grundriss her sehr eng ("Schlauch"). Die Wasserabläufe (Toilette und auch Dusche) waren leider ziemlich verstopft, Wasser lief nur verzögert ab. Wir haben das nach dem Check-out gemeldet und man hat uns als Entschädigung das Parking offeriert, was sehr nett war.

O hotel é incrível é como se hospedar em um Palácio. A cama é muito confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom. Mas de tudo, com certeza o melhor é o serviço. Em todos os setores do hotel as pessoas atendem com um sorriso no rosto sempre dispostas a ajudar da melhor forma possível. O gerente ds recepção é excepcional sempre preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes, envolvido muito positivamente com seu trabalho. a Carla da equipe do café da manhã é maravilhosa, com um alto astral sempre disposta à ajudar. parabéns victoria jungfrau vocês são incríveis e tem uma equipe 100% incrível.
