A lot of character
The food was absolutely delicious! Angelo served us, and he was so friendly and attentive! We felt very comfortable there! We highly recommend both the restaurant and the service. A big thank you to Angelo. You were fantastic! Thanks a lot
We recently stayed at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa for two nights and spent over $11,000 USD. Given the hotel’s reputation and the price, we expected an exceptional luxury experience.
The staff, room service, and management were courteous and professional. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, comfort should be one of the top priorities.
What was most disappointing was that after bringing our concerns to management’s attention, nothing meaningful was done to address the issue. While they were polite, no effort was made to improve the situation or offer any form of resolution.
At this price point, guests expect more than just friendly service. They expect outstanding accommodations and management that takes concerns seriously.
The hotel is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. We left feeling that the stay was significantly overpriced and that our concerns were not adequately addressed.
Exceptional warm service. The hotel is 10/10 in every respect and more. It is rather surprising and heartening to see such personal attention and service in West.
We requested for a taxi to go the train station on departure and the team offered complimentary drop which overwhelmed us. Thanks for the great time we had for 3 nights staying in a standard room which was like a juniour suite.
Tout était beau, spacieux, propre, luxueux.
Service impeccable.

During our two-week European adventure, we stayed at this hotel for two nights. I had booked it back in December, so you can imagine my excitement about our stay.
The rooms were gorgeous, the food and drinks were fantastic, the spa was beautiful, service from most staff members was excellent, and the views were also jaw-dropping. However, I’m not sure if the splurge was worth it.
Our first day was a bit of a letdown. The AC was leaking, and when I took a bath, I discovered black mold was rising up from the drain. I suspect that the bathtub hadn’t been used in a while, and housekeeping hadn’t been diligent in cleaning the drains. We ended up switching rooms, and everything was fine after that. I do feel that they should have given us more for the inconvenience besides an apology and a new room.
Another issue we encountered was the service. We dined at the Brasserie Terrace and had cocktails at the piano lounge on separate nights. I’m not sure if it was because it wasn’t peak tourist season, but the service was slow. For dinner, it took a while for the servers to notice that we were running low on beverages several times, and we had to ask twice to get the dessert menu. The same thing happened at the piano lounge; it took a while for us to get drinks and to receive the bill.
Beautiful, historic hotel with large rooms and stunning views. The breakfast room is gorgeous and the food is great. Didn’t use the spa or pool but they looked very good. Excellent location to explore Interlaken on foot—would definitely stay again.
Suite espaçosa, staff atencioso e café da manhã maravilhoso.
Had the chance to stay here on an excursion after a conference in Zurich. The hotel was everything and more than I expected. Very nice! Staff was most helpful, rooms were spacious and well set up, meals and drinks were excellent. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Interlaken area.
Nice place, Rodolpho was very attentive.
