Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Kempinski Munich.

What I liked most about the property was the beautiful, classic lobby. It has a timeless elegance and is a very comfortable place to relax.

The hotel’s location is another great advantage. It is very close to the city center, making it easy to explore Munich while enjoying a quiet and elegant atmosphere.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The check in and check out experience was smooth and professional. The reception team and the doormen were welcoming, courteous, and made every interaction pleasant.

A special thank you goes to Luca, the Breakfast Manager. He is exceptionally kind, professional, and hardworking. It was great to see him actively helping his team and leading by example. When I placed my breakfast order today, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Luca, for making the experience even more memorable.

Finally, I would like to thank the entire team. Everyone was genuinely friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their hospitality made this a wonderful experience, and I would be very happy to return.

Cons:

The only minor point for improvement would be the mattress, which was a little firmer than my personal preference. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Es war sehr erholsam und wir werden sicher gerne wieder hier übernachten, falls sich die Gelegenheit
Pros:

Hotel hat uns Angebot für höherer Zimmerkategorie zugeschickt. Wir haben den Aufpreis gebucht und bekamen ein wundervolles Zimmer zum Innenhof. Nachdem meine Frau immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen will, war das für uns ideal. Es war sehr ruhig und das haben wir genossen.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück ist wirklich sehr fleißig, nett und aufmerksam. Jedoch können Sie auch nicht zaubern und Plätze anbieten, die auf Grund der Raumsituation nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Warum können Gäste, die nicht im Hotel übernachten, hier Frühstücken. Das beeinflusst die Atmosphäre, obwohl man davon eigentlich gar nicht direkt betroffen ist.
