Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und werden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sensationell. Ich habe schon in vielen fünf Sterne Hotels übernachtet und noch nie solch eine große Auswahl erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr zuvorkommend und unwahrscheinlich schnell. Ich habe auf meine Tasse Kaffee 2 Minuten gewartet, obwohl das Hotel nahezu ausgebucht war.

Cons:

Die Champagner Auswahl. Hier fehlte ein Brut Nature, den ein fünf Sterne Haus immer vorrätig haben sollte.

Das Hotel ist genau meins. Es umfasst alles und lässt nichts aus. Alles auf den Punkt gebracht.
Pros:

Ich möchte das Personal stark hervor heben.
Das ist außergewöhnlich engagierten professionell und offen. Das gesamte Hotel war genau meine Klasse. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich komme sicherlich wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn ein warmes Zimmer verfügbar ist.

Sometimes it’s the small dreams that absolutely deserve to come true.

For her 13th birthday, my daughter had only one wish: to spend one night at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München.

After already participating twice in a Girls’ Day program within the hospitality industry, she became incredibly fascinated by this world — and especially by this hotel. Her dream now is to manage her own hotel one day. So for me, it was clear: this wish had to become reality.

And what can I say? The entire team truly delivered on the highest level. Whether at the reception, in the spa area, or at the Schwarzreiter Restaurant during breakfast and dinner — everywhere she was welcomed with a level of warmth and professionalism that has become very rare today.

A very special thank you goes to Christine and Luca from the Schwarzreiter Restaurant, who took such wonderful and heartfelt care of our daughter. They made her feel like a true VIP guest — and I’m certain she will never forget this birthday.

The only problem now is… she’ll probably want to celebrate every birthday there from now on.

Thank you to the entire team for this very special stay and for proving that service at your hotel is not just a word, but something that is truly lived every single day.

Das angenehm unservile Verhalten des Personals bei gleichzeitig absoluter Professionalität.

Cons:

Ihr Koch ist verliebt - die Seezunge war so versalzen, dass ein Schluck Meerwasser wie Volvic schmecken würde. Aprops - Volvic war im Vorfeld aufs Zimmer bestellt, ein anderes Wasser wurde vorgefunden. Gustatorisch also noch ausbaufähig.
