If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further!. then Palazzo Montebello
Pros:

Palazzo Montebello was in a perfect location, close enough to the things we wanted to see, but far away enough from the crowds. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, and the entire staff was wonderful! A special shout out to Enrico. He was great with dinner recommendations and quick to call a taxi if necessary.

For breakfast, we ordered scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The potatoes were left over from last night clearly. The sausage was a Frankfurter a bit disappointing. Otherwise we didn’t eat there but a great place to stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Montebello Florence !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, propre et très confortable, et l’accueil vraiment au top, avec une équipe agréable et attentionnée.

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié, avec beaucoup de choix pour bien commencer la journée.

La localisation est également un vrai plus : l’hôtel se trouve à environ 10 à 15 minutes des principaux lieux d’intérêt à pied, ce qui permet de découvrir Florence facilement. Et pour rejoindre l’aéroport, comptez environ 20 minutes avec le tramway T2, très pratique.

Un super hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour à Florence ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 🇮🇹❤️

Lovely, peaceful hotel...a little escape from Florence's hustle and bustle.....
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was great and the staff friendly. We were a little disappointed on our last morning when we asked if our water bottles could be filled up with tap water (it was 34 degrees outside and we had run out) but we were asked to buy it. I was a little disappointed at that since we had been buying a number of drinks in the evenings at the bar. It would have been a kind gesture...The walk is around 15 minutes into the centre, but it all feels very safe and a welcome reprieve from the busyness of Firenze. The hotel was quiet - we were never disturbed with any noise and it was very clean. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. And the shower pressure was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was a great hotel. Perhaps if we could have picked it up and placed it in the Centre of town!

Mauvaise expérience

Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le personnel dédié au petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le comportement inadmissible d’un salarié dédié au bar de l’hôtel. Alors que nous rentrions à l’hôtel vers 22h00 , n’ayant pas d’eau dans la chambre , nous sommes allés à la réception qui nous invitée à aller au bar de l’hôtel pour récupérer une bouteille d’eau. Et nous avons été confrontés à un refus du barmaid de manière très très désagréable.
Cela gâche tout le côté positif que nous aurions pu avoir sur cette établissement.

The property itself is outstanding and very impressive. Amenities are very good as well and breakfast had a good selection of different things

Cons:

Given the location it is a bit expensive. This is near the train station so it’s a bit of a walk to get to the city every time
