Прекрасное место, второй раз останавливаемся семьей. Прекрасный, красивый и доброжелательный отель и персонал. Большой плюс, есть парковка. Хороший завтрак. Уютное место в центре Флоренции!

Arrived late, very friendly staff upon arrival. Room upgrade for the night. Room was very spacious, clean and luxurious. Great proximity to the station and easy walking distance to all attractions without being in the middle of tourist central.

A beautifully renovated palazzo where you may immerse yourself in the Florentine mood. Exquisite interiors, calmness and excellent staff ready to answer all your requests.

Breakfast varied and beeautigul presented. Dining area was celan, spacious and very pleasant for breakfast. The chef kind and welcomin but the best was gentlmen at the reception. Stay was enjoyable.

Το δωμάτιο για μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων ήτανε πολυ άνετο. Βέβαια για τα παιδια υπήρχε καναπές κρεβατι και οχι κανονικά κρεβατια. Το προσωπικό στο πρωινό και στο μπαρ ήτανε ευγενικό.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights from 5th May (wedding anniversary trip). We were not disappointed. The decor, ambience, cleanliness, food and service were superb. Special shout out to Eda at breakfast who was exceptional for her customer service, the lady who checked us in on the 5th May and helped us practice our Italian, plus the gentlemen who checked us out. All lovely people delivering exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I was staying in this hotel for the third time.
I like it unique atmosphere, location, cozy rooms, friendly atmosphere and good service.
It is real Palazzo: beautiful inner yard with flowers and trees,stylish, clean and elegant building.
Comfortable, clean rooms, nice breakfasts.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich. Die Lage war ruhig aber sehr gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum erreichbar.

Ruhige Unterkunft (keine Geräusche aus den benachbarten Zimmern), sehr schönes Interieur (auch im Eingangs- und Lobbybereich), sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, Sauna und Fitnessbereich vorhanden (mit Anmeldung), sehr zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Ausreichendes Frühstück auch für Allergiker und Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten geeignet.

First the positive...beautiful boutique hotel with a combination of antique and modern with the touches of an top interior designer. Beautiful courtyard and close to the train station. Exceptional service from Dario at the front desk who made great recommendations, reservations and enthusiastically greeted us each day. Now the not so positive...Breakfast was not up to par with other boutique hotels we've stayed at in Italy and France. The continental breakfast is weak and your only hot choice is scrambled eggs. Yes you can order an omelet or French toast for an upcharge, but it is not included when you purchase breakfast. 70% of the time we didn't even get asked if wanted anything besides coffee. Internet is great in the lobby but weak in the rooms. We choose hotels with good accomidations, good location and a great breakfast to start the day. This hotel did 2 out of three and is fixable if management wants address. Would not stay here again

The hotel is so peaceful and the staff is amazing. I really liked the location and the food and drinks are wonderful and priced very fair. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Florence.

Very nice hotel. We booked a basic room but we were upgraded to a larger room. Clean and spacious bathroom. The hotel is on a quiet street so no outside noises disturbed us.
