Pros:

I room was nice and roomy and clean. The cookie at check in was a nice touch.

Cons:

There was a dent in the wall obviously made by the door knob. Also the doorknob of the joining room fell off when we touched it. We reported both issue and we were not charged.

Уборка номеров хорошая, завтрак неплохой, но дорогой. Бассейн красивый

Cons:

К сожалению в нашем номере очень плохо пах ковер и была мышь под раковиной. Нам предложили переехать в другой номер и мы конечно согласились, но эта мышка бегала прямо по коридору отеля

Pros:

Loved the location, the front desk associate was very nice in explaining all the amenities included even the complimentary cookies which were very fresh and tasty. The room was very spacious and clean and centrally located about 15 minutes from uptown. Loved the full kitchen. I would definitely book this location when I'm in the Charlotte area again.

Cons:

Although I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were very clean there was a smell in the breezway which smelled like wet carpet that hasn't been cleaned. This is the only reason I am rating overall stay 8 out of 10.
