Wonderful better than expected 👍
Pros:

Excellent location very elegant very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I found was sliding door to patio was very hard to open only opened half way.

Уборка номеров хорошая, завтрак неплохой, но дорогой. Бассейн красивый

Cons:

К сожалению в нашем номере очень плохо пах ковер и была мышь под раковиной. Нам предложили переехать в другой номер и мы конечно согласились, но эта мышка бегала прямо по коридору отеля

Pros:

Loved the location, the front desk associate was very nice in explaining all the amenities included even the complimentary cookies which were very fresh and tasty. The room was very spacious and clean and centrally located about 15 minutes from uptown. Loved the full kitchen. I would definitely book this location when I'm in the Charlotte area again.

Cons:

Although I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were very clean there was a smell in the breezway which smelled like wet carpet that hasn't been cleaned. This is the only reason I am rating overall stay 8 out of 10.

Great choice for Charlotte
Pros:

The location is good close to many malls and restaurents. The two bedroom suite is large

Cons:

The time at our check in, the system was down where we needed to wait long and even given wrong room!
The kitchen has microwave and oven but has no kitchenware?!

Pros:

The room was nice being that I had the 2 bedrooms, however the hotel seemed to be a bit older and the room had a slight smell to it. The staff was nice and the common areas were clean. Overall I would book again.
