Nothing! La quinta used to be quality lodging. This location was in the ghetto. Tenants were arguing all night cops were called multiple times to the location. The blankets and bedding were disgusting and the front desk work was rude. I will never stay at la quinta again.

NOT A PLACE TO HAVE KIDS STAY AT!!!! The rooms are not remodeled . The rooms smell of pee. Tolites were clogged . Bedding dirty . Lights burnt out . Pool full of trash . Elavater broken. We found a drug needles right next to one of our rooms . We checked out that night. We tried get them to fix toilet they offered us a plunger. Then gave us another room that smelled of pee. I have been a house keeper for over 30 years from hotels to nursing homes . We're still tring to get a refund for at least two of a three day stay . But they have not responded . I do plan to take action
DISGUSTING!!! my room was definitely not cleaned. Went to plug in my phone behind the lamp found someone else’s trash. The floor has crumbs dust rubber bands allover it.🤮
This is an old style La Quinta that I actually favor. It has been renovated and is clean. That is the good. Now the other. I stayed two nights in July 2026. I planed to arrive early and wanted to know if my room would be ready, so I attempted to phone the hotel starting early the morning of my arrival date and into the early afternoon. I tred at least a hapf dozen times. There was never an answer. The phone just kept ringing. It was the correct phone number, I even had Wyndhams 800 number reservations try to contact the hotel. Same result. When I arrived I waited to check in while the person at the front desk completed some tasks she was working on. I was happy to be able to check in an hour before the 3:00 check in time. Ok so far, so good.
Got to my room and tried to turn on the light by the switch near the door. No luck. This often happens at budget hotels but is never a good sign. Fortunately it was daytime but I could see to find a lamp and then cordinate the switch. I noticed the coffee maker had only a single regular and single decaf coffee pack instead on the usual two. There are two of us, but I can live with that.
Then I decided I wanted some ice, the ice machine was working and near my room. Alas, no ice bucket. Down at the front desk the front desk I was able to make the clerk understand the situation. At this hotel, English is the second language of the employees, if they can speak it at all. She said she would have someone bring one up. So back to my room I went. Shortly the ice bucket arrived with a pleasant young lady who could not speak English. I had noticed that there was not a "Do Not Disturb" tag in the room. She couldn't understand my problem but had a good work around solution. She had me speak into her phone and it translated my words for her and her reply into English for me. I was impressed and she had the tag hanging on the door a short time later.
There was a nice large screen TV in the room with a remote control. The remote didn't seem to do anything. I found the buttons on the side of the tv and was able to turn it on. The message on the screen was "No Signal". Changing inputs on the tv buttons did not solve the problem. After digging around behind the tv I found an HDMI cable disconnected and was eventually able to get a picture. The remote then would change channels, but not control volume or power off. Apparently it was not matched to this tv set.
I wanted to take a shower. There were two towels but only one washcloth. I didn't want to go through the front desk rountine again, so I saved the washcloth for my wife. Usually there is soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Here only two small dove soap bars and conditioner but no shampoo. The bath faucet leaked hot water and was impossible to stop it.
I like to have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. There was a coffee machine and one each of coffee packs and two plastic carriers for the coffee. Great!, except the carriers were not matched to the machine and were too small the hold the pads while brewing. Down to the front desk again with the carrier and machine. I made the clerk understand the problem and he said he would have housekeeping exchange coffee makers with me. That was about 6;30 am. I waited until 1:00 pm for housekeeping but never got the exchange.
While I was at the front desk, I noticed breakfeast has started, so I got a cup of coffee from the house machine brewer. When I added a creamer I noticed the coffee did not change color. The first sip confimed my fears. I like average coffee and most hotel coffee is just fine with me, but this was super strong. Sometime going without caffine results in a headache, so I drake it. One cup was enough for me.
Summing up my experience with this hotel, I liked the updated lobby and room. It should have been an enjoyable stay. It is hard to imagine all the issues I had as the result of coincedence. It is either gross incompetence or management is deliberately trying to sabatage this property. I will not stay again.
Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff and hospitality. The pool is a verry nice bonus. Really enjoy staying here.

The room was large, which is great, but it wasn't as clean as expected at a La Quinta. The outside of the property was dirty and not maintained. The elevator floor was broken and the elevator was very dirty. The stairwell was even worse.
Staff at the check-in desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. For example, there was no one maintaining the breakfast area. When we reported the toaster didn't work to the front desk person, which is in the same area, first he just said, use the left side. When I went back and asked him to show me how it works because we tried, he just said it wasn't his job.
Several other interactions with the check-in staff were no better.
I thought all La Quintas were a step above. This one is terrible!
Disgusting property, unsafe location, must walk outside, unprofessional manager, STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!
Es económico, antiguo pero en base al precio la habitación era comoda,
Fuera de las habitaciones si está muy deteriorado y como quedan al aire libre, se ve desciudado y sucio
The beds are confortable. And place has plenty of parking. Shopping center is walking distance as well as restaurants and right off the freeway.
We got 3 rooms. One was decent but the other 2 rooms where not the cleanest. The towel in one room had hair like if someone had shaved and the shower had red dye stains all over and the shower did not work properly, no water shower pressure. The other room the restroom lady a dirty sponge behind the door and the cabinet door to the mini fridge was broken. Although it says non smoking it smelled like smoke upon walk-in. But there was 1 room that was perfect. It was clean smelled clean everything was top notch.
Nothing
From the minute I walked into the property and enter my first room and second room. I was very displayed with the non responsiveness of my emails to the GM of the property after requesting a 4 day refund after only one night stay. The front desk clerks were just as bad with their limited responses.
Nothing!
The staff were horrible, the room was disgusting and there was blood on the walls, there were only two outlets and everything they had plugged in would be considered a fire hazard, the bedding was dirty, the other guests were smoking right outside my room, there were constant homeless people and drug users all over the outside of the building, the pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom, there was garbage everywhere and I was refused a full refund!
