Very dirty/ elevator had bottles and smell of urine was very strong , very unsatisfactory when it comes to cleanliness

The bed was hard
The TV didn't work
Asked for more towels they said the didn't have any .
Said breakfast was included an there was no breakfast

We traveled from IL to Colorado for a wedding and this hotel was 4 mins away from family so we thought why not. Welp never again will I stay at a LaQuinta. The location is right next to the highway so it was loud and we noticed first thing the parking lot was filthy. We checked in pretty late and we were so tired we just wanted to take showers and relax. Not in the cards for us. The room was musty and have not been used for awhile. The shower was nasty looking and looked like pooh on the floor near the shower. Only had 2 towels and our TV didn't work at all. We told the front desk and he sent a kid to do exactly what my husband did. We told the front desk can we switch rooms and he said no we will switch the TV. As soon as they left the room I started putting leaving in motion. I tried changing the dates and I tried to talk to the front desk and they told me I need to talk to a manager. We went back to speak with the manager and she wasn't there, which made me think they are gonna stall so I have to pay for the whole week. I was right! We didn't even sleep between the sheets because there were stains so we used blankets from travel to sleep with and ended up leaving there because I'm not bringing anything to the new hotel we got or my family's house. When you stay somewhere you should have to feel like you should clean the room before you relax. Do not stay here it's not worth the money and the rooms do not look like they do on the site. Very disappointed with the way things went. We didnt even stay in the room but the other hotel we stayed in was fantastic and only 10 mins down the road. What a difference. We didn't even attempt to have the free breakfest so I can't speak on that. Overall, stay near the newer hotels by the Drury much better area and new hotels.

I didn't like any part of my stay.

NIGHTMARE STAY. Sorry for the sentence structure I’ve never wrote a bad review before. My room and bed were filled with bugs. The bathroom door handle was broken off, at 2 am it shut behind me when I got up to use the bathroom. Staff answered and refused to help me. Shocked I called the fire department rather than break the door down and get charged for it. I was in there for hours. I left a day early and when I returned to get my cash deposit the manager I gave the money to. Looked me in my eyes and said I never had given her anything.

The hotel software was down and was not able to check in ever to this hotel. The staff was rude and said it was not their problem that I could not check into the hotel. Had to make accommodations elsewhere immediately at 2 AM.

Breakfast and over all the room needs to be update.

I had requested a room on the bottom floor. Ended up with one on the third floor without access to an elevator.
The linens on the bed were incomplete. There was no sheet or cover under the comforter.

Area was ghetto, Entry light controlled tv so could not watch without a light on. None of the other lights worked including the bathroom. I had worked an event downtown Denver for 12 hr, so was too tired to try to exchange rooms at 1030 at night. AVOID this place!

Bathroom was dirty. Fresh towels weren't delivered. Breakfast didnt have meat one day and another day there was a sign that there weren't eggs or meat due to inventory. Really didnt appear to be a well cared for property.

The place was dirty, sketchy, breakfast was a joke, bed was uncomfortable. Locks were broken, the door handle was very loose. Place smelled like smoke and garbage.
