Highly recommended
Pros:

For my conference at RheinMain CongressCenter, the location was perfect, also very close to the Main Train Station. Standard hotel, yet very good and decent breakfast.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Die verkehrsgünstige Lage nah am Bahnhof und den Museen. Unser Zimmer lag im 6. Stock und war geräumig, außerdem zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Kölsche Büdchen (Snack-Kiosk) in der Lobby ist eine schöne Idee.

Cons:

Das umfangreiche Frühstück hatte ein paar Mängel: von 3 Kaffeevollautomaten lief nur 1er und die "Eier-Station" war die meiste Zeit nicht besetzt. Zudem hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das Servicepersonal nicht nur das Geschirr abräumt, sondern auch am Beginn des Frühstücks, wenn die Gäste ankommen Kontakt aufnimmt. Ich habe eine Nahrungsmittelallergie und hätte es gut gefunden, wenn sich jemand als GesprächspartnerIn angeboten hätte. Und ca. 45 Minuten vor offziellem Ende des Frühstücks wurde kaum noch etwas nachgelegt, sodass die Spätaufsteher auf ein sehr reduziertes Frühstück trafen.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön!
