Excllent hotel with nice staff
Pros:

The room was very comfortable though it was a litle cold inside even when the air conditioner was off. Most of time I had to wear a jacket and had to put it on when I got up during the night. The table desk was indeed suitble.
The peacefulness in the room is a remarkable feature. Hardly any noise from the corridor or from the next door rooms is heard. The building structure is certainly soundproof.
The breakfast was very good and varied. All the products offered for that meal are of a high quality.
The staff is in general very kind and helpful, particularly the members thereof working at the front desk.

Cons:

At breakfast time some of the waitresses place the crockery and cutlery no matter how thus making a tremendois noise which is very disturbing. That coupled with the fact that the music one has to stomach at that time is awful makes the breakfast alltogether less pleasant than it could be otherwise.

Okay hotel.
Pros:

It was clean

Good location as it is right by the station. And close to some good restaurants .

Food was basic but quite tasty.

Cons:

Rooms a bit smaller than expected.


We booked 3 rooms for a family of 5. However, one of the rooms had wheelchair access which wasn’t conducive ,especially as my sons are both over 6ft. When we asked for a regular room which we had booked, we were turned down as they stated they were fully booked, I think people should be given what they booked and paid for , and not what is best for the hotel to the detriment of the guests specific request .

Godt, men ekstrem dyr parkering.
Pros:

Dejligt hotel med store værelser.

Cons:

Parkering i parkeringskælder er alt for dyr (28 eur/døgn). Det er lige i overkanten at skulle betale 30% af en overnatning i parkering. På andre tilsvarende hoteller betaler man ca 15 eur/døgn.

Wenn mir mein morgendlicher Latte macchiato (zu einem angemessenen Preis) verwehrt wird, ist dieses Haus für mich keine
Cons:

Wenn ich als zahlender Übernachtungsgast meinen morgendlichen Latte macchiato mit 5 € pro Glas bezahlen soll, im Vergleich das gesamte Frühstücksbüffet 21 € kostet. Zudem hat mein Mann sehr wohl ein Frühstück genommen, so ist also pro Tag ein Frühstück auf unser Zimmer verbucht.
In der Rechnung wird dieses Frühstück gelistet mit 18 € für Speisen und 3 € für Getränke.
Für 3 € können die frühstückszahlenden (besseren) Gäste also so viel Getränke zu sich nehmen wie sie wollen, vielleicht auch 5 Latte macchiatos trinken plus Saft, Tee ect.
Logik? Lässt sich hier nicht erkennen, lediglich eine extreme Verprellung von Gästen.
Für mich nie wieder das Dorint Pallas, andere gute Hotels gibt es viele um die Ecke.

Am Rande kann ich noch erwähnen, dass zweimal die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte (das Wasser war im Spülkasten nicht nachgelaufen) und ich nachts mit dem Zahnputzbecher Wasser eingeschöpft habe.
