It was okay but a little awkward at times

One elevator was broken and would not go straight to our floor. The back entrance would not open with our key a few times and we had to wait for someone to come out to get in.

Great staff and they provide breakfast too.
Pros:

They great for cruiser to park their vehicles while you are going on your cruise at $15-20 a day for parking. While you stay at the hotel we had to pay for parking space $45-50.

The staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel, the ladies in the breakfast room were fantastic.

the fact that I had already paid $200 for less than 24 hours and found out on check in that I had to pay an additional $41 and change to park, was NOT mentioned when we made the reservation
