Bon emplacement, belle chambre (quand la clim fonctionne !)

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre climatisée avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles, en pleine période de canicule. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que la climatisation était en panne. Malgré l'installation de deux rafraîchisseurs d'air, dont un second apporté par le veilleur de nuit, les conditions étaient extrêmement difficiles. La chaleur était telle qu'il nous a été impossible de dormir correctement.

Nous tenons d'ailleurs à souligner l'attitude du veilleur de nuit, qui s'est montré compréhensif et sincèrement désolé de la situation. Il a fait son possible pour nous aider, tout en reconnaissant lui-même que passer la nuit dans une telle chaleur serait très difficile.

Le lendemain, nous avons finalement été relogés dans une suite climatisée. Nous avons apprécié cette solution, mais elle est intervenue après une nuit particulièrement éprouvante.

C'est surtout la gestion de cette réclamation qui nous a laissés perplexes. Lors du check-out, la réceptionniste ne semblait même pas se souvenir que c'était elle qui nous avait accueillis deux jours auparavant ni de l'incident que nous avions subi. Elle nous a indiqué que le seul geste commercial envisageable consistait à offrir les deux consommations prises au mini-bar. Plus étonnant encore, elle nous a laissé entendre que nous étions « chanceux » d'avoir été relogés dans une suite au même tarif.

Or, être relogés dans une chambre disposant simplement de l'équipement essentiel promis lors de la réservation ne nous semble pas relever d'une faveur. Quant au geste commercial proposé, il apparaît bien dérisoire au regard de la gêne occasionnée et du niveau de prestation attendu dans un établissement 5 étoiles.

Une panne technique peut arriver partout.

隔音不好，楼上的凌晨3-4点还在party 开音响. 楼下听的一清二楚，窗户也不隔音，马路上的噪音很大，第一晚几乎没睡觉。窗帘也很旧

Delighted
Pros:

Our room, 701 was just amazing. The deck is massive with a 270 degree view of Paris and facing the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was gorgeous and functional in every way with a shower and separate tub. The A/C was great which was meaningful given the temps. Huge closet and sitting room.
The location is amazing, perhaps as good as it gets being local to everything, but a relatively quieter street.
From check in and throughout our stay the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. We loved our time there.

Cons:

Not much that I can think of. No idea what other rooms look like, but the hotel itself is quaint and well cared for so I assume they are all good.
