Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to its price point. The rooms felt quite basic and the overall quality did not reflect the premium rates being charged. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of comfort, attention to detail, and overall experience.

Cons:

ik vond het ontbijt onnodig duur. De locatie pakte slecht omdat de president van Frankrijk besloten had zijn vriendjes uit te nodigen en daarmee de binnenstad van Parijs op slot gooide. De volgende keer ga ik op de andere oever logeren.

Pros:

Sem sombra de dúvidas o ponto alto do hotel é a localização. O quarto tem um bom tamanho pra Paris.

Cons:

O secador de cabelo não liga na tomada do banheiro e não tem um espelho em frente ao local onde ele liga. Algo pequeno que traz um incômodo chato pro hóspede.

Pros:

It was such a modern, clean and all around exceptional hotel. We would definitely recommend! It was in the heart of everything, so perfect location.

Cons:

It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop was closed but we still enjoyed nonetheless.

Convenient Location
Pros:

comfortable room that was right off the main street in Champs Elysses. Easy to get to and from the shops. It was just off the beaten path that made getting a taxi/bolt/uber super easy.

Great experience for a visit in Paris
Pros:

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location perfect but what truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional. You could genuinely feel the strong team spirit among them. Especially the breakfast staff gave us a very pleasant start into the day and reminded me a lot of my time as a student when I worked at a hotel part-time. Great energy between all team members to make sure that their guests have an enjoyable time. That’s something that you sometimes miss when staying at other 5 star hotels and can make the atmosphere unfamilial and stiff.
M. Guidetti, the Chief concierge, is the Alpha and Omega for a lot of guests and is doing a fantastic job, very well prepared and meticulous.
