Great location to refresh before battling M25 next day
Pros:

We upgraded the room to a balcony room overlooking the lake. Lovely views but balcony could have done with a dust and a sweep and a patio chair.

Cons:

Very quiet so we did not eat or drink there but went into the town instead

Nice hotel and very clean.
Pros:

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness.

Cons:

Although I booked a room with a balcony we were on the car park and road side, I assumed we would be on the lake side so couldn't make use of the balcony or leave the doors open.

Really nasty room and very dirty.
Pros:

The bed was not horrible.

Cons:

Really dirty room, had paint flakes on the floor, lots of screws laying around and had a carpenters stair there as well.
Told the front desk and they removed the stair but did otherwise make any effort.

Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Was affordable despite bkd at short notice.

Cons:

The tea dispenser at breakfast, tea tasted awful. But there were tea bags also available so all good. Breakfast was very good and good choice of cereals and a cooked breakfast.

If you're at the hospital then it's useful, but otherwise I wouldn't
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was convenient for Frimley Park hotel.

Cons:

People say the hotel was clean, some parts were very clean, but my room was covered in cobwebs, the tea tray was covered with powdered coffee/chocolate/dust, some of the towels had questionable marks on them. The person on reception that spoke with a south african accent spoke incredibly rudely to other staff members and to me when I checked in, I was surprised by her tone. My room had exposed electrical wires to the electrical sockets. The aforementioned person on reception didn't even acknowledge anything had been wrong when I checked out or when I let her know about the faulty electrical wiring, other than letting the maintenance person to know. Also questionable security, fire exit doors were left open all night that anyone could get into the corridors where the rooms were into the night.

Excellent. I will be coming back next time I’m in the area.
Pros:

Location, quality of the hotel, size of the room, facilities, breakfast, reasonable price for the excellent standard.

Cons:

Nit-picking but a fresh pot of tea not a container. Everything else spot on.
