Overpriced, uncomfortable, and lacking basic amenities
Pros:

The location was the hotel's strongest feature and the only aspect that truly met my expectations.
The fresh fruit offered at breakfast was consistently good and of decent quality.

Cons:

No housekeeping service was provided during my stay.
The room was missing basic essentials, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and bedding for the sofa bed.
For a stay costing over $600 (including parking for 2 nights), I should not have had to contact the front desk to request standard items that should have already been in the room.
The sofa bed was unusable because no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided.
The regular bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, resulting in two poor nights of sleep and physical discomfort for both me and my companion.
The breakfast was disappointing overall, with overly sugary options, watery eggs, and heavily seasoned potatoes.
The hotel did not provide the level of comfort, service, or value expected for the price paid.

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, free shuttle to cruise port, great pool and gym.
Front desk staff (Captain) amazing from check in to when we arrived back from our cruise. Super accommodating.

This hotel ‘Over delivered’ on location, amenities and hospitality!
Pros:

AC was well modulated. Loved having access to the pool and gym (and laundry) without going all the way to the lower ground floor. The manager I met was ‘hands on’ and spoke very respectfully to the staff. Front desk staff was truly helpful and didn’t rush us. We had a totally 5 star experience

Cons:

That the municipal parking fees are so HIGH!
