Form & design och färgsättning, tillgänglighet vid entré och frukostmatsal alldeles för trångt, köer som ringlade, nä, faktiskt aldrig varit med om det runt om i världen på våra resor, motsvarar absolut inte ett så högt pris och 4,5 stjärnor, tycker att jag och min familj kan förvänta oss betydligt högre kvalité. Till våren bokar vi annat boende i Köpenhamn och i samma prisklass, men ett helt annat utseende.
