Comfortable, clean, staff-friendly hotel with a beautiful interior design.
Pros:

We stayed with kids, the hotel is well located, close to Botanical gardens and 10mins distance to Orchard MRT.

Cons:

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful.

I am just slight disappointed on tv and wif connection for airplay and chromecast, but overall no big issue.

Staff attitude, only 1 or 2 staff available for check in. Long queue while checking in and checking out. My card has been charged twice, but i am getting no reply even after wrting 4 emails to them. It seems they just dont care to read emails and reply!!

Very well located for shopping in Orchard road
Pros:

Very well located next to Orchard road. The traditional Chinese design in the tower and the large room.

Cons:

Gym is very small and has mostly cardio devices. Barely any good weightlifting options.

Breakfast area is very crowded and has more of a „canteen“ vibe to it.

Lovely spacious room in a great location
Pros:

The light spacious room - Orchard suite rooms are dark so don’t opt for this if you prefer space and light. Lovely reception, Jane excellent on reception desk and good location .

Cons:

The little extra in room not fab eg powdered milk, only one tea bag in a double room, no soap by bath - soap dispensers in shower and sink stuck to wall so can’t move them. But nice to have the bath as well as a shower.

Cons:

Its a busy hotel , we need more people at the reception for check-in / check out . Personally the room allocated to us was not the best , there was a drain flowing through the wall and we could hear water passing through it all night. The flooring was damaged and they had covered it with a chair . Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Spacious rooms, modern and a pleasure following the smaller rooms we had stayed in over the three week travelling period.

Good location with high cost.
Pros:

Nice location and close to almost all Singapore. The receptionists were very nice there wad a misunderstanding in the booking and they accommodated my request. Also the staff is very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is 5 stars but the rooms are old and facilities need to be renovated. Also the prices are very high. The price might be because of being in Singapore but it is still very high compared to what you get. The breakfast is good but with limited western food options.
