Not going back
Cons:

No water in the room - had to order it which costed $12 for a bottle.
No phone - just an AI assistant that’s hard to use.
Room service is terribly slow.

Convenient location with lots of cafes, restos, shops and malls!

Location is OK bec. it is at Orchard Road

Cons:

Staff at the reception/front desk are not warm & friendly. They seldom smile & snobbish.

Some staff were helpful, others seemed uninterested in doing more than the basic service.
Pros:

The breakfast in the cafe was enjoyable; lots of different options available at the buffet.

Cons:

The staff at check-in were uninterested and distracted. They did not explain some extra costs that would be incurred. There were some fees that due that we were not really made aware of.

In general a beautiful hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at the orchard hotel. It was in a great location, the room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The room service was poor, it took a long time to come even after we called to enquire. The food was good and hot when it did arrive

El desayuno fantastico al igual que el personal en general.
La cama enorme y muy comoda.
Un gimnasio bastante completo y una buena piscina.
Está ubicado en una zona comercial.
Bañera y ducha y amplitud.

Cons:

Si lo que quieres es hacer turismo y conocer la ciudad no es la mejor ubicacion

Staff in the dining are some what rude during the breakfast time .... ie while we. are eating in the flag end of the breakfast time they have started removing the dishes and also switched off the coffee machines ; no one is caring when asked

The strategic location

Cons:

The staff servicing could be friendlier.
1. Check ins taking 20mins. The queue isnt long, there is only 1 person infront of me, yet it took 20mins. AND there is no luggage assitance. cant believe this is a 5star service they provide.
2. if hotel slipper cant be wear for hotel breakfast, they should not allow customer to enter - when you allow customer to enter then ask them to change their shoes while they're already having the breakfast is so not considerate, rules should be mentioned during check ins or before entering!
3. the room is dusty, not generally, but the mini bar section & wardrobe. Toilet is aged, the rain show door cant be close entirely.
