Very noisy rooms!
Pros:

Nice accommodation.

Cons:

Metro train going past every 2 minutes. Very loud ac unit in the suite. No one was able to sleep.

La ubicación está muy bien, a 40 minutos andando del centro con un paseo muy bonito. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda, y lo de tener cocina muy agradable para poder desayunar lo que comprábamos en el supermercado, dado que el desayuno del hotes es inaceptable. El baño muy bueno y las camas muy cómodas. Además la habitación tenia una orientación tranquila y unas vistas muy bonitas
El hotel funciona muy bien, todo es fácil, el personal muy eficiente aunque nada simpático.

Cons:

El deayuno es malo, poca variedad y baja calidad. No hay nadie que atienda a los clientes, solo una persona que está mirando por la ventana y otra que parece un vigilante que te observa lo que haces. No entiendo por qué porque los platos y los cubiertos son de plástico muy cutre. Cuando terminas de desayunar el cliente tiene que tirar los líquidos sobrantes en un barreño que hay en una encimera junto al desayuno y el resto todo junto en un agujero que hay en la misma encimera. Además el segundo dia que intentamos desayunar en el hotel a las 8:30 am ya no quedaba café. Además la habitacion no estaba bien limplia, había migas en el microondas y la moqueta oscura no resultaba agradable. La gente de rececepcion no es amable, es seca.

Die Lage, die Größe des Zimmers.

Cons:

Furchtbar Laute Klimaanlage. Frühstück war unterirdisch, so etwas habe ich in Europa noch nie erlebt. Nur Plastikgeschirr. Im Zimmer Gabe es eine Küche, aber kaum Töpfe.

Overall nice hotel but I would expect a suite to be bigger and the bathroom door to latch and lock.

The king sized studio suite was much smaller than expected. The bathroom door did not fully close. The bed was also not king sized

Perfect location!!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Museum Campus and Millennium Park. Our grandson loved the indoor pool and hot tub. They had a nice breakfast, included with your room. When we arrived, we asked for a view of Michigan Lake, and were given a corner room on the 19th floor with a gorgeous view. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, and the room had a small kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only reason I gave this hotel a 9 was because they were short-staffed with housekeeping staff. We waited over 3 hours for clean towels, and when calling the front desk, it often just rang with no answer. They could use more people working there since it is a fairly large hotel.
