Super nice and accommodating.
Pros:

Close to downtown. Walking distance to multiple places.

Cons:

1st suite had wet carpet but when I told front desk they immediately got us a new room.

Overall wonderful, clean hotel in a great location, with friendly staff. I would stay here again!
Pros:

Loved the location next to Grant Park, easy walk to Soldier Field and easy to get to transit. Room had a great view and was just the right size. I also liked the kitchenette and full size fridge.

Cons:

I was there for a concert so the hotel was fully booked and valet parking was full for half my stay. The front desk and valet always had people waiting to speak to someone, so it felt a bit understaffed. I did request new towels and sheets and I had to ask two days in a row to get anything from housekeeping. When housekeeping did finally drop some off, they just left them on a chair and did not remove used towels or change the sheets for me. I felt that for how much I paid to stay there, they could have at least changed the sheets, removed used towels, and emptied my trash cans as I was there for 5 days.

Recommend for soldier field stay
Pros:

Hot tub was great temp. Location was perfect for our trek to and from soldier field.

Cons:

Rooms didn't come fully equipped with kitchen needs. Had to wait 20mins for a frying pan to get delivered. TV was having forcing issues, but I don't think that was the hotel fault

Overall it was great! Expecially the location to solider field!
Pros:

Bummed out that parking was full but was able to find a lot around the corner.

Horel excelente cin muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Ubicación en Chicago excelente. Al lado de parque Millenium. Habitación excelente con unas vistas preciosas. Personal súper amable.

Great location, family friendly
Pros:

Location was awesome for exploring the city! Right near the Field museum, Grant Park, 12th st beach, Shedd Aquarium. Our room had a view of the lake :) Attentive staff and enjoyable stay- nice to have laundry, pool, and gym. Be sure to bring lots of quarters if you want to do laundry during your stay- there’s no change machine and the front desk had run out.

The only other problem was that the towels in the pool area were not replenished at night so we went back to our room dripping wet. Family friendly atmosphere though and Trader Joe’s right next door for groceries.

Pros:

The room was amazing. And the breakfast was a plus.

Cons:

The hot tub and pool had a lot of chlorine in it so the smell was overwhelming but it was very clean.
