A beautiful first trip to the Windy City.
Pros:

Location, facilities, size of room, staff were excellent, breakfast was great and needs were met

Cons:

Maybe just a little expensive, but it’s a major city so I get it. Honestly, would stay again.

Wonderful Location,
Pros:

LOCATION was great for walking distance to Soldier Field

Cons:

Cleaning could certainly be improved. Toilet was clogged by prior resident or cleaning staff.

Vreselijk!
Pros:

Eigenlijk alleen de locatie die is top

Cons:

This hotel is a poorly-managed money-gouging property with superficial accommodations funneling money to the higher-ups
Pros:

The room was spacious and met our family’s needs.

Cons:

Before arriving communication was lacking. I had to follow up 3 times and still didn’t get answers to my questions. Upon check-in I had to locate my own checked bags in the storage room. The hotel was not transparent about early check-in fees. The crib was not placed in the room before we arrived as requested. Only one of two elevators worked for the majority of my stay causing long wait time. The breakfast room lacked sufficient seating for guests and only had 2 high chairs. There was typically at least one parent at any given time having to feed their baby on their laps. Coffee often ran out. There was sometimes only one employee in charge of the entire dining area. Finally when calling the front desk to request more coffee pods, they said “no problem” and they never arrived.

Beautiful hotel the staff is very nice just the women that is the lead for breakfast is rude and seems to discriminate
Pros:

I love the hotel staff very polite and professional

Cons:

I’ve come to the hotel a couple of times. The lady that is the head supervisor possibly for breakfast is rude and definitely seems racist. She stares at the black people and ask a million questions or just watches you. Doesn’t do that with any other race of people. Very uncomfortable experience. Although I like the hotel and amenities a lot. Her alone has made me change my mind on coming to that location because it’s a constant thing with her.

Pros:

Great location nearby things like Shedd aquarium, field museum, alder planetarium.
Pricing was very good during our stay and staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room was very clean and cozy, loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, and a pan for cooking if you opted to.

Cons:

During the heatwave, hallways felt like they were not air conditioned and uncomfortably hot while waiting for elevators. May just be due to incredibly heat, but it was the only real gripe. Not major though.
Lighting was a bit on the dim side. No central light in the room suite, to make it brighter and relied on side lamps that weren't the brightest.

Great location. That's about it.
Pros:

Location was great and the full sized fridge was a huge plus.

Cons:

First, we were charged a mandatory $70 per day valet fee we weren't aware of. There was also hair in the shower from previous tenants. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I went to the front desk to ask if there was an ice machine. They said it was on the 8th floor but when I got there it was only a water fountain. Also there was a sign on the pool door saying it would be closed for cleaning and when we asked when it would reopen the front desk lady made us feel stupid for even asking.

We came in for a concert at Soldier Stadium
Pros:

Close proximity to Soldier field

Cons:

Expensive for just a king room, the staff was okay but nothing spectacular. We asked for towels and was told
We had to come down to get them. At over $659 a night I expect to have towels brought up to our room. The lobby was basic and didn’t have much in the store as it was pretty empty (didn’t even have water available). Room could have been cleaner.

Pros:

I loved the location! It's walking distance to the stadium (about 16 minutes). There were food options all around, including a cute coffee/bakery spot next door! The beds were comfy and we had a full size fridge in our suite!

Cons:

The staff were not very helpful or friendly. We asked for extra blankets and they asked us to come down to the front desk so we did. They gave us a bunch of mattresses toppers as blankets. When we checked in the man was not making any eye contact and didn't tell us which elevators to use as there are 2 different elevators. Just not very inviting or helpful
