Das Hotel ist nicht das, was es vorgibt zu sein! Höchstens 3 Sterne!
Pros:

- Die Reinigungskraft war bei unserem Zimmer immer sehr gründlich
- Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch
- Die Klimaanlage funktionierte halbwegs gut

Cons:

- Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer war augenscheinlich kein Superior Zimmer.
Es war sehr klein und entsprach eher einem Classic Zimmer. Zudem gibt es bei Booking kein einziges Foto, dass unser altes ranziges Zimmer darstellt! Die Zimmerfotos von Booking zeigten etwas ganz anderes. Das Zimmer war uralt, marode und im Bad gab es einen abgeranzten und kaputten Jacuzzi als Wanne.

- Die Matratzen fühlten sich alt und durchgelegen an und gehen auf den Rücken

- An der Rezeption fühlten wir uns regelrecht veräppelt, als wir unser Zimmer reklamierten.
Man sagte uns, dass die Zimmer im Hotel alle anders seien aber wir hätten angeblich ein Superior Zimmer und man hat uns nichts weiter angeboten. Auch auf die Anmerkung hin, dass bei Booking "Garden View" steht, hieß es, man hätte sowas gar nicht im Angebot. Warum steht es dann bei Booking? Erst nach einer Beschwerde bei Booking, hat uns das Hotel doch ein neues Zimmer gegeben und plötzlich bekamen wir doch ein Zimmer, welches dem entsprach, was wir gebucht haben... da fühlt man sich wirklich völlig durch den Kakao gezogen. Von 4 Nächten haben wir 2 Nächte in einem ranzigen Zimmer verbracht, welches wir nicht bezahlt haben. Beim neuen Zimmer flackerte das Licht im Bad so heftig, dass Epileptiker Spaß hätten. Das wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Dafür stinkt der Abfluss beim duschen nach Kanalisation, aber das war uns dann egal. Einen Preisnachlass lehnte das Hotel bei Booking ab.

- Das Frühstück war relativ klein von der Auswahl her, aber für uns ausreichend. Es war sogesehen OK. Aber eben sehr überschaubar und es gab natürlich auch viele Convinience Dinge wie trockener Kuchen oder Crossaints. Schlechte Qualität halt. Man wird aber satt.

Hätte man uns als Gäste nicht so schlecht und unverschämt behandelt, wäre die Bewertung deutlich besser ausgefallen.

Ser meget gammelt ud værelserne siger “gammelt og har brug for at blive opfrisket. Synes morgenmad var lidt mid. Det kunne laves bedre

Camera pronta prima del previsto che mi ha permesso al mio arrivo di lasciare i bagagli .
Letto e cuscini comodi.
Personale ok. La signora della colazione si è ricordata che prendevo il cappuccino senza lattosio. Receptionist (tutti) molto disponibili.
Posizione molto comoda per San Pietro e comoda per il centro in quanto sulla via passano bus.
Avevo richiesto una camera interna e si è rivelata silenziosa.
Colazione abbondante e con tanta scelta. Le torte erano buone.
Prodotti per l'igiene molto apprezzati, asciugamani molto morbidi
Essendo arrivata in treno non so se l'hotel dispone di un garage
Mi sono comunque trovata bene e l'hotel è carino

Colazione: le brioches tutte e due le mattine sembravano un po rafferme (tutto il resto - torte- era fresco.)
Camera: purche silenziosa molto buia, moquette e pareti con tappezzeria e tendoni .......avrebbe bisogno di uno svecchiamento e colori piu tenui, purtroppo non c'erano spine di fianco al letto (dalla mia parte c'era ancora il jack (se si chiama cosi) per il telefono che peraltro mancava
Bagno: mancanza di appendini in bagno e doccia (nella vasca) scomodissima in quanto il getto era troppo basso (io non riuscivo a stare in piedi)
Spero di non essere stata troppo negativa, sono solo appunti pratici

Great location and quiet hotel.

Limpieza muy bien, el personal muy amable y está muy bien situado el hotel (la zona en la que está es muy agradable y segura y a 30 minutos de toda la zona centro).

Cons:

La única pega que pongo es que no coincide la foto que cuelgan de la habitación que ofrecen antes de cogerla con la habitación asignada. La decoración es mucho más antigua que la que aparece en la foto. Creo que es importante que se de lo que se ha ofrecido antes de elegirlo. u
