Elegance in the centre of San Fran
Pros:

We went for a romantic short stay for my partners birthday. The hotel is fabulous and only bettered by the fantastic staff that work there. Special thanks to Terry who catered to all of our needs and my special requests to make the trip even more special for my partner.

Not impressed
Pros:

The location was good. Parking was a little difficult because they don’t have on-site parking. The check-in desk personnel was not friendly. They were there to do their job. The bar is permanently closed, and that negatively affected my feeling of the atmosphere. The room had a cute but useless theme?, and the bed was comfortable. There was no meals or drink bar available so I would say the value was less than optimal.

wonderful stay
Pros:

Terry at the front desk was awesome! He was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful with recommendations since we were new to San Francisco. We also loved that the hotel gave our dog, Chivo, a welcome package. Great service all around and pet friendly!

Long live pineaaple!
Pros:

A very cozy and elegant hotel. The pineapple design is everywhere: on the cups, the telephone, the water bottles in the room, and the cookies! Even the color of the furniture and curtains recall the sweet and juicy pineapple fruit! Plus, at the reception, there is always young and welcoming staff, always ready to greet you with a smile, great professionalism, and kindness, just as Yesha did for me! A must-try experience
