Wonderful location but challenges with room keys and privacy
Pros:

Location is excellent. Short walk to museums and the lake.

Cons:

There were significant problems with the room keys. Three times we were not able to access our room and had to go back downstairs to have them reset. One afternoon, while my husband and I were still in the room (fortunately fully dressed) some other new guests entered our room! They had been assigned to our room mistakenly. This was shocking and was a serious breech of our privacy and confidence in our security in the room.

Frustrating.

The TV didn’t work. They told us they knew there was a problem with “all rooms” and that they had called a tech. By day 3 it was clear they were lying to us. Very annoyed.

It was meh, loved the location but the ice machine not working and the bed being stiff
Pros:

The location is pretty good

Cons:

The ice machine didn’t work, body wash wasn’t filled up we ran out, didn’t have enough towels and rags. The bed was not comfortable for $1,200 I expected for the bed to be comfortable and things to be better.

Would definitely stay again. Clean, large rooms. Definitely worth it overall!

Very clean and large rooms. Good views. The pool and hot tub were nice as well

Cons:

The only problem we ran into was that our room wasn’t ready for check in until about an hour and a half past when it was supposed to be ready. It was a very busy weekend/beginning of the week in Chicago with different events so booking was a little more expensive as well.

Absolute trash! Booking.com is a giant scam that will ruin your trip!
Pros:

Not a thing. Couldn’t stay there. Didn’t have a room there after paying for this place 2 months in advance and had a confirmation number and got there to be left stranded without a room while on vacation. Absolute garbage! Bullshit!
