Having to leave
The location is very good. The staff is very professional. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is nice. The gym is good. Breakfast is below par and could be improved.
You have to pay for parking and breakfast could be better.
The room size... We liked it so much we've stayed twice at the same location.
2nd time had a sink in the bathroom that was draining super slow, so brushed teeth in kitchen area.
I didn't like the thin walls. I could clearly hear all conversations outside of my room
Clean, breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very very kind and supportive.
I smashed my pinkie finger in the bathroom door upon arrival because the barn style door which is a slow close, got stuck and I went to push it shut & slammed my finger between the door & wall. I immediately called the front desk & asked for an injury report because I thought it was broken. No report was given to me nor did anyone come to check the door. At the time this happened, the front desk said he was the only person on site for the rest of the night which was a Friday night.
There was also a ton of kids there for a soccer tournament who were knocking on room doors and running, I caught one of the kids & told them to knock it off which they didn’t. Let the front desk know & they said they couldn’t really do anything about it. I asked if they had security that could walk the floors & advise them to stop. They said there isn’t security at the hotel which was extremely disturbing to me. And this went on from Friday thru Sunday. They said they would apply a credit for the inconvenience but haven’t seen that either. The staff was very nice but limited with the ability to actually rectify any situation. Highly disappointed as this has been one of my favorite places to stay. Will not go back.
Location, price except they charge for parking twhich is ridiculous
It's a hotel that allis pers and they do not have rooms that are pet free and our room smelled like a wet dog. Staff tried to spray the room but it did not last. Hotel is great if you have pets.
All was good, personnel cleanliness, etc
Elevators both need work, slow and one out order
I booked this hotel far enough in advance for myself, my daughter-in-law, and my three grandchildren. My reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 3 children, so I wasn’t concerned about checking in early because I expected the room I reserved to be available.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told our room had been given away. Instead, we were placed in a dirty handicap-accessible room that wasn’t what we had reserved. The only solution offered was to bring in a rollaway bed, which was unacceptable considering the room was already unclean and overcrowded. There were huge horseflies inside the room that I had to kill myself. The bedding was so dirty that I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in it, so I actually went to the store and bought a blanket to sleep on instead of using the hotel’s sheets.
The manager, Sarah, claimed their computer system had gone down and that’s the same thing another hotel told me when they gave away our room. Regardless of the reason, that doesn’t excuse giving away a room that had been reserved well in advance. As a paying guest, I expected the hotel to honor my reservation or provide a comparable accommodation.
This trip was supposed to be one last relaxing getaway with my grandchildren before they head back to school, and instead it started with frustration and disappointment. I hope the hotel treats future guests better than they treated us. If you’re considering staying here, I’d think twice.
It was close by and the hotel was very clean.
Management staff standing around when there was a long line to check in. She wouldn't help the gentlemen check everyone in. Staff was not friendly at all.
Breakfast looked good. The large group of youth sports teams overwhelmed the breakfast a bit…
The hotel was overrun by youth sports teams. Many kids were in all areas unsupervised. It got a little hectic at times.
Conveniently located to freeway great amenities, quiet, decent breakfast, family friendly.

I loved the atmosphere it’s very calm and relaxing.
I hate waking up early to check out at 11 wish it could be extended till 12 noon but overall great experience.
Everything was very clean, front desk employee very nice & friendly, pool, gym and that we were able to charge our Tesla overnight. Breakfast was great too!
The bed was very hard. It needs more padding. Had we stayed more than one night, I would’ve asked for a mattress pad.
