Pros:

Good location a block from the Underground, close to good walking, shopping and restaurants. The small gym was adequate, the breakfast buffet very nice but does not include hot food.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming and room although very small (which you are warned about) was clean

Cons:

The room service food was shocking, I got to the hotel late and was starving, I requested a cheese toastie which wasnt very nice and not what I would expect for the price. The inroom facilities were poor in respect of the food and drink available. Two teabags (that I prefer) UHT milk and no complimentary biscuits.

C’est un réel plaisir de pouvoir séjourner dans ce bel endroit

Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique , respectueux et attentionné, prêt a vous rendre service et à vous aider
nous avions demandé une chambre en étage équipée d’une salle de bain avec douche : notre demande a été respectée , la chambre fut splendide
S’agissant de notre second séjour dans cet établissement , un cadeau de bienvenue nous a été offert
Malgré un luxe ( discret) on se sent très à l’aise
Le petit déjeuner continental est succulent ( grand choix de viennoiseries, pains , céréales et fruits frais, saumon fumé, charcuteries, fromages , yaourts et même du prosecco pour les amateurs
L’établissement est très proche du palais de Buckingham , et des grandes artères commerçantes , emplacement idéal pour vos visites

Cons:

Nous avons dîner au restaurant Ormer
Les mets furent exceptionnels et le service irréprochable
j’avoue toutefois avoir été surprise par le coût de la coupe de champagne dont je n’ai eu connaissance qu’au moment de signer la facture (55 euros ) alors que le prix du menu de 5 plats s’élève à 95 euros

Foi excelente, exceto a questão listada acima.
Cons:

Na última diária ( dia 27 para 28/ago) não houve reposição de toalhas, de nenhuma das amenidades do banheiro etc . Isso não está especificado na diária, acredito que pagamos a mesma exatamente da mesma forma que as demais, portanto não deveria haver esse desleixo.

Great Experience at Flemings Mayfair
Pros:

I had a short 2-night stay in London and could not be happier that I stayed Flemings Mayfair. I felt welcome/valued by the staff at every turn, and my Deluxe Single room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay, I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to most of places I wanted to go, and the tube was convenient for the places that were farther away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with excellent croissants / yogurt / fruit / meats / cheeses. Other items were available ala carte, but for me it was perfect. I had room service for dinner on the night I arrived, and it was really good - delivered within 30 minutes, perfectly cooked, delicious.
