Pros:

Fantastic location in a quiet street. Comfortable room which was lovely and cool.
We arrived very late in the evening and the young night manager was extremely kind and welcoming.

Great location in Mayfair and good value. Top notch service. The entire staff, from the bellmen to the front desk to the housekeepers and restaurant staff are very polite and efficient. My single room was small, but very comfortable and all I needed. The room and bathroom have great design, fixtures and finishes, and everything works flawlessly. My single room was quite small, but it is designed well to be very comfortable for the size, like a luxury yacht. I knew going into it that the room would be small. Some of the singles differ in size, so make sure you clarify this ahead of time if you're looking for one of the larger ones.

Amazing stay in Mayfair!
Pros:

Ayyaz absolutely rolled out the red carpet for us, what an experience! Such a classic yet modern hotel in the best part of London. Look no further for your hotel in the city you won’t regret it. Ayyaz and his team were incredibly hospitable and made us feel incredibly special on our honeymoon. Also, breakfast staff was so nice and the spread was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Attentiveness at a 5* hotel matters.
Pros:

Gorgeous room and location. Staff lovely, except for the GM. What a bummer.

Cons:

The hotel manager could not have been more distracted when checking us in. Don’t ask about evening plans if you can’t be bothered to listen to the reply. Also, we received a parking fine for where the car was valet parked for us. The hotel sorted it out. But just another inconvenience.
